Hilton Indianapolis Hotel and Suites

Room had issues with hot water. Both cold and hot handles released hot water in bathroom sink. Shower/Tub would go from scalding hot to ice cold in two minutes without warning. The air conditioner was loud and had a repetitive knocking sound that would keep you awake at night. Both issues are not acceptable in a high end hotel. If we had been in the room more, we would have asked to switch rooms/floors. Hotel staff were friendly. Hotel was nice looking, clean, and decorated well for the WNBA All Star game. Very convenient to downtown Indy attractions

Comfy beds and spacious rooms. Was able to get the room plenty cold. Showers were a bit noisy between rooms but water was warm. Staff was friendly and helpful. Good location for walking as well. Decorated perfectly for WNBA All Star weekend!

Hotel and staff were excellent!

Ronnie at the front desk was excellent. Also had great service from the valet Braxton. He had to guide us in since all the roads were closed due to a bike rally

No cold water during my stay, AC (very conveniently) wasn’t working during my stay in JULY, fitness center was also poorly ventilated. Restaurant was fine, but they tried to overcharge me once for lunch.

Property is fantastic. Massive rooms, nice pool and close to everything. Self park is 54 a night which is pretty obsurd but thats what it is.

Great location downtown. Staff were mostly amazing. The beds were fantastic and rooms were very spacious!! The breakfast buffet was delicious with a made to orxer omlettes, waffles and pancakes. There is even a starbucks on site. Down side was the air conditioning never fully cooled the room. It was a bit muggy and hot in there at a balmy 72 during 90 plus days. Also in the bath the sink, tub and toilet only had hot water. That's right every time you sat on the toilet you could feel the steam from hot water. Showers were scalding. They said they were sending engineers to check it out. Which was the standard answer for all. We were there for 3 days. If you need downtown, i would stay again.

The hotel was very nice. Not happy our ac was broken and they knew it before check in... had maintenance try and fix and then was moved to a new floor with a different room style away from our other party. New room had issues with neighbors being loud and security banging on their door several times through the night..which resulted in very little sleep

It was nice and very convenient.

I expected better from a Hilton. When I checked in, I was shocked to find that the bed didn’t even have sheets—just a mattress cover with a flat sheet thrown on top and a duvet tossed on, also with no cover, just another flat sheet on top. I called the front desk and nobody answered. The Hotel was very crowded with multiple Groups and Organizations in town, but I at a minimum, expect sheets The rest of the room was average; the shower vibrated and made an ungodly noise when in use as well. Definitely not the level of service I’m used to with Marriott, not sure I’ll jump on the Hilton bandwagon again, ESPECIALLY considering the price.

All staff was cordial and polite. Only bad experience was the booking when Expedia Rep tried to scam me for an additional $255.06 US dollars when I actually owed nothing

Smells mildewy and weird stains in tub. AC didn’t work very well either. Very noisy.

Quiet business hotel that is comfortable

The property is top notch. Nice staff and convenience was perfect.

The Ac in the entire hotel is not working. The lobby is hot, the hallway is hot. Our room is 78 degrees and the mechanic has been here twice to fix it. The whole ac system in the entire hotel can’t keep anything much below 76 degrees. Too hot to sleep too hot to function. Oh, and their was blood/ hair on the floor molding. However they came and nicely cleaned off quickly so i have no more to say about that. You can reach your own conclusion. Maybe it was the heat…..

Me and my wife stayed there as a weekend getaway for our anniversary. Valet and check in was very simple and smooth. Our room was clean and very comfortable. Based off reviews, the breakfast buffet was something we looked forward to but it was ok for the most part. Overall we enjoyed our stay and would definitely come back

High end great price

I paid full price for a King room which would have been better utilized as a maintenance closet. The room had a single vertical 5’x1’ window which faced the wall of the parking lot next door, about 6 ft. away. The room got no natural light, and seemed more like a jail cell than a hotel room. The number I was given to summon my car from valet was disconnected? Sorry but this is a one time experience for me and next time I’ll pay the same price to stay at the Hyatt or Marriott.
