This place was perfect for the night before an early AM flight. Located right next to LAX (we could see the runways and planes taking off/landing) it was surprisingly quiet. Staff were friendly and helpful, the room itself was a but dated, and the bathroom a little old, but it was clean and the beds were really comfortable. Room service was quick and thefl food was tasty. Shuttle service was prompt and easy to navigate. Would definitely stay here again.

Rooms needs a renovation. A/C in my room never drop from 74° was colder outside.
Did the complaint but they didn't fix it, in the last day a very nice lady took care of the issue and changed my room. If I have to go back wouldn't stay there again!

I didn’t like the fact that the staff won’t allow you to use a cart (although they have them available for them to use) to take your thing’s to the room. They have carts but they’ll only be used if they’re bringing your thing’s to your room for you. They seem to strategically do that so you’ll pay them to bring your thing’s to your room. I wasn’t allowed to use the cart myself.

Lovely hotel, nice rooftop pool & staff helpful. Room was nice & comfortable bed. Water in room, nice towels. Biggest downside was that there was no shower room to use as we had a late flight & used the pool.

I like that it’s close to the airport. But what we didn’t like, the room seems like it’s hasn’t been clean for a long time. Dust all over the countertops, the bathroom mirror has a lot of toothpaste stain!
