Great Hotel with amazing service

Nice place to stay

The room we stayed is very old. The water in the shower is very slow and not hot even though we turn to the highest point. The water pressure isn’t strong enough to provide sufficient water to each room when multiple showers were in use. The air conditioner fan had a very strong unpleasant smell when blowing air out. The bedsheet and blankets also had a strange smell and made my skin itchy during sleep. They provided only two free bottles of water for our entire stay. Although they cleaned our room during our stay, bathroom supplies were not refilled. With all the poor conditions in our room, the staff at the front desk and bell desk are very nice and accommodating. That’s why I gave an extra star or it would have been just one. It’s not worth it for the money we paid for and it’s totally not up to a 4-star hotel. 3-star at max. Will explore near by air bnb option next time. Will never come back to this site. Compared to other Hilton we stayed, this one is the worst.

The staff was extremely welcoming and helpful and even kept our food snacks cold while we visited the park before check-in.

I felt the hotel was clean and the staff was very helpful. Also it is conveniently close to city walk.

Experience didn't match the price tag. A $10 value breakfast at $36 rate. $150 a person dinner buffet with zero customer service. Forced me to park in the parking garage then walk and carry my luggage all the way back to check-in. Graffiti in the elevators.

Air Conditioning wasn't working in half the building. It was cooler in the halls than it was in the room. We had the thermostat cranked down to cool the room down and it never got below 80. Miserable sleeping experience.

The location is unbeatable — just a short walk to Universal Studios. If proximity to the park is your main priority, this is perfect. However, the hotel itself is in need of upkeep. While the staff was friendly, the hotel didn’t meet the standards expected. Great for a quick stay if you're visiting the park.

The beds are extremely comfortable and the staff is spectacular. Loved how close Universal is to the hotel!

I liked the size of the room (King with view) and the location/distance to Universal Studios; it was so easy to walk there, and the shuttle was convenient late at night. The downside included the mattress; it's time for some upgrades, as I could feel a bit of the springs in the mattress. Also, the shower tub had some chips in it.

This property was very nice! Thank you! After staying in a hotel that kind of felt like a dump, this was luxury! The bed was comfortable, the room was spacious, the bathroom door actually locks! Thank you!
