Holiday Inn & Suites DULUTH-DOWNTOWN by IHG, an IHG Hotel

Dirty bathroom, hair all over the toilet and mold. Staff was nice. There was scum in the hot tub and pool. Arcade was tiny, broken, and moldy toys in it. Hallways dirty and carpet all ripped up. Coffee was good.

Staff is super friendly & welcoming.

Hotel was exactly as advertised. In great location with lots bars and restaurants within walking distance. Would stay here again. Enjoyed the hot tub n adult hour

Easy to find, parking included, and a pretty good restaurant!

Easy walk to Canal Park. Parking ramp access ticket was convenient and efficient. Chicken strips at the on site restaurant (Lyric) were amazing.

Rooms were a little bit older than I thought they would be. Our air conditioner wasn’t working in our room. I mentioned it and they said they’d have someone fix it while we were out to dinner when we came back. They said it was fixed. It was not it was still unbearably hot in our room. They did move us to a new room which we appreciated, but it took a while and cut into our pool and hot tub time. ! Also, the hot tub was a small one only for that big of a hotel and was packed. Staff was really friendly restaurants and bar on property were great as well as convenient to other places.

The hotel is nice but the room smelled like a hockey bag and we were not there for hockey. It was not enjoyable.

No microwaves in the room. Coffee maker didn’t work in the room. AC leaked and got the floor wet.

The room was too hot and the ac was not working. I think the room was a smoking room, it reeked of cigarettes. I wish we would have known it was poolside. We were never told it was. We have a 4 month old so bedtime was difficult. Thankfully the 10pm pool closure rule was enforced.

The bed and pillows were very comfortable. Nice shower rather than tub/shower combo.

Hotel was good. No regular coffee in the room only decaf. Not cups for coffee either. I had to go get coffee and cups. Shower head wouldn’t change settings

Location Shuttle Breakfast

Overall a good value. Room rate varied by the day; higher toward weekend. Shuttle service from/to airport a big savings. Had to book in-town rides in advance to get time wanted. Maid service by request. Not always happened. Hair dryer didn’t work but was promptly replaced while my hair was still wet. Breakfast included extensive menu but not the best. Each thing was a little different than expected: Benedict hollandaise sauce too lemony, Belgian waffle was miniature more like any waffle; eggs over medium were rubber.

For your coffee... Breakfast blend should not be a decaf coffee. Other than that, lovely place

Conveniently located especially with easy access to the skywalk. Quick Uber rides from Canal Park if needed. Very friendly staff. Hotel itself is very secure but a couple other guests parked on the first ramp had their cars broken into. The staff seemed very responsive to their needs though.
