The people at the front desk were extremely service minded. I spend time in the lobby playing games with my family and listened to them interact with a variety of people and they were very cheerful and helpful to all.

Good pool, solid breakfast for a hotel.

Excellent Experience and Stay! We were greeted by Shaun at the front desk who was very friendly and made our check in quick and easy! Our room was really nice! Bed was comfortable and shower was great! Next morning we enjoyed the continental breakfast selection and had friendly conversations with Meg and the sweet cleaning gals! Loved our stay!

Sehr neues Motel/Hotel, das die Bezeichnung Hotel wirklich verdient! Sehr schöne moderne grosse Zimmer, tolles Bad und super komfortables Tolles Personal an der Rezeption und beim Frühstücksbüffet . Das inbegriffe Frühstück war deutlich über dem Durchschnitt und hat gut geschmeckt. Die Lage ist perfekt für einen Ausflug zum Lamoille Canyon, den Ruby Mountains und Wanderungen. Kann das Hotel sehr empfehlen und sei es nur für 1 Nacht auf der Durchreise.

This hotel was conveniently located next to I-80 and food options. There were some maintenance issues in the hotel (dryer, elevator, ice machine) but our room was comfortable and clean. What really stood out was the friendliness of the staff! When they saw you, they went out of their way to ask how you were doing and if you needed anything. We would definitely stay here again.

Overall, the place was really nice, except for the bathroom in my room. The shower, especially had quite a lot of hair from a previous customer and was pretty grubby.

We stayed at the Elko Holiday Inn. Meg is an awesome employee. Stayed there in the beginning and the end of our vacation. Meg was there both times . It was quiet both times . Great breakfast choices. Not only did you have coffee for quest , there was Hot Chocolate. Very clean and very polite staff!

Great stay. The staff is extremely attentive and friendly. Rooms are clean and comfortable. The breakfast is wonderful with lots of options and real food. The treadmill was nice in a clean workout room.
