Very friendly

Clean, quiet, nice staff

The Holiday Inn Express Milwaukee-West Medical Center was not clean. There was hair all over the shower and the floor was sticky when we checked in. The room had poor lighting (the light around the mirror in the bathroom started coming on intermittently three days into our stay. I put out the trash bins one day, and they were emptied but without new liners bags. When I asked for new bags to be put into the bins, the housekeeping staff handed me the bags to do it myself. I had to ask them to do it for me. Another day, I wanted late cleaning. When I asked the housekeeper who was cleaning the room across the hall from mine if she could clean my room, she looked annoyed and said she didn’t have time. So I asked at the front desk for someone to clean my room while I was out. When I returned later that evening, my room had not been cleaned. The trays in the breakfast buffet area were consistently dirty and full of crumbs.

The first night was peaceful and wonderful. I felt safe with no issues. The second night felt like a frat party with a biker club running the hotel, around 7pm the bikers and a huge group of younger men took over the hotel blocked the entrance so I couldn’t get out of the hotel in a safe manner. I they used the drop off and pick up spot for their party spot to drink and play cornhole. I felt very unsafe and just couldn’t wait to get out. It felt like the hotel staff just didn’t care and gave up.

Nothing amazing or special the front desk was friendly helpful, professional with a smile. The breakfast was good always fresh buns, cheese omelets, coffee with a young woman who always seemed to be there to help you. The room was quiet, clean and cool on 97-degree days asking for clean towels when you didn't want to be disturbed was an inconvenience for the staff and was told so. Parking was convenient many nearby restaurants I wouldn't hesitate to stay again.

Room was clean, efficient and reasonably priced. It was also convenient to Medical Center where I was having an early morning procedure!

It was quiet and I slept well and the AC worked well. The room needs a freshen up and the carpet was kind of nasty. The bedding looked like R Kelly was getting wild there and they never got the sheets properly cleaned; they should have been thrown out.

Avoid this property checked in our room and dirty face cloth left in the bathroom pulled back bedspread to find condemn in the bed Tub had dirty shoe marks in it garbage in hallways and outside hotel

Hotel was very dirty. Floor in hallways was not only stained but covered debris. Room was just a dirty and shower was disgusting. Room was falling apart and not maintained at all. Would not stay here again.

Nice breakfast options! Convenient location off of highway; close to the local shopping mall and other shops and eateries; no bathtub but the shower had perfect water pressure adjustable shower head and toiletries; comfortable bed and plenty of pillows
