Home2 Suites by Hilton Atlanta Downtown

My daughter & I stayed for 3 nights. The staff was extremely helpful, but it took a little longer to check in because only one person was working at the time. The room was clean, & had an extremely nice kitchenette with a full size microwave, refrigerator/freezer, sink, dishwasher, & dishes/utensils. There is also a small 2-cup coffee maker in the room. The desk chair had an armrest that was desperate need of repair, & the bathroom door would not latch (it only closed). The staff asked if we wanted to be moved to another room, but we said "no, we only wanted them to be aware of the needs for repair". Breakfast in the mornings is wonderful! The ladies tending the facility are extremely welcoming & helpful. There are several options for breakfast. This hotel is also located in easy walking distance to several restaurants, Centennial Park, Georgia Aquarium, & Coca Cola Museum. The only downside is the lack of maid service. They only service the room every other day. When the maid came, she only changed out towels & gave us more packets of coffee. The bed was NOT made. The trash was NOT taken out, & the dishes were still in the sink, dirty.

Rooms are small and bathroom has a rolling door not a door that shuts which was kind of inappropriate for privacy

It was a good enough hotel. Very clean and employees were super friendly and helpful. The building does seem like it will need an upgrade soon.

Not much around the location of the hotel. Did not use hotel facilities and roof top was closed for repairs.

Our room was not ready when we checked in at night! They were overbooked! When we finally got our room, the sheets from the sofa bed were dirty!!! The space was over all not as clean as it was supposed to be and there was a definite odor all over the hotel!

The front staff and staff for the Continental Breakfast was amazing. It did take 2 days for room to be turned over but overall it was an amazing stay for me

This Home 2 had perfect location to downtown walking distance and 10 min from College ( Spelman ) Very clean , smelled fresh and beautiful decor . Everyone was very kind and helpful. The men at valet were very polite. Front Desk and guest services checked on us through our stay . The ladies in the Kitchen were amazing! Ms Sonya , and kitchen crew for breakfast was absolutely phenomenal. Customer service was awesome and a nice variety of breakfast food . We stayed in a suite and our room was very comfortable and had plenty of space . Bathroom was clean and very spacious . We really enjoyed our stay and we will be back . I would recommend this hotel . Thank you

The hospitality shown was great. Great experience. Breakfast was delightful.

Sunday night we arrive. Place looked cleaned. I walked with mt sicks they where dirty. The bed skurt looked dirty, i get they dont get changed daily but atleast they should be moved to remove crumbs dust. That night we used the bathroom its seemed vacked up. We left them know tuesday morning enginerrs came byt they left toulet dirty. We asked that toilet be cleaned and garbage be taken out, none of the requests where taken in consideration, they told us cleaning happens every other day. Staff was pkeasent but they need better cleaning service. This could have been a perfect stay

very nice place to stay and the price was good, everyone was very nice and accommodating. breakfast was good and there were good ammount of options. rooms were clean and felt welcominh. loved it here

I expected a clean room since as a member of Hilton hotels,This location was a horrible my room 914 I found trash garbage and baby pampers the floors dirty and dusty I took a pick and showed to the manager she just said I send a housekeeper to clean it.So disappointed never back to this hotel .
