My family loved this hotel. The concierges were so nice and professional. All of the staff was too, including the restaurant and the cleaning staff. The rooms and hotel bathroom was clean, and we had a great view of the water and pool. We will stay there again, I recommend this hotel. Thank you again for a great home away from home. Air conditioning was not working. I was not moved to another room nor was I provided with a fan that was promised that could have offered comfort. Aside from that, the front desk staff was more than topnotch.

The every other day cleaning is poor we had to call for towels and trash bags. On a positive note I love how everything is walkable and staff were very friendly and it’s kids friendly. Wish there were more shopping places but overall good stay.
