Homewood Suites by Hilton Tulsa-South

Older facility with some updates. Rooms have a faint smell. Staff was very nice. Quiet area. Well lit. Shopping and restaurants nearby. Good breakfast.

It’s a little old but it was clean and quiet. Our one bedroom suite was massive. Plenty of room for four of us to not feel crowded. The toilet wasn’t working in our assigned room and we were immediately moved. We enjoyed our stay.

Liked that our room, or “suite”, really was a suite. Most hotels that refer to their rooms as suites, just have a sofa or club type chair in addition to the bed. This suite had a kitchen with full size fridge, two-burner stove top, microwave, sink, dishwasher and disposer. It also had pots and pans, glass dishes, silverware and glass glasses. Great little living area get-away!!

Dirty, rundown, tv and iron didn’t work, and had to hunt down the front desk staff for help. They weren’t answering the phone. Stay away from this property.

Staff seems friendly but was not helpful. Said they’ll email me my checkout receipt but never received it. Room was listed for 7 people for 2 queen beds and a pullout bed which does not fit 7 people. Had to go ask for bedding for the pullout bed but they don’t provide extra pillows. That’s strange. Also the pullout bed is very old. We had a hard time pushing it back in. Took 15 mins to push it back in.

We needed pillows lady said she would bring some in 15 minutes never showed up the breakfast was nasty never refilled cold

We love staying here when traveling with our large family, it’s so convenient and comfortable.

Suite was fantastic! Pulled into the hotel later than anticipated a d they helped us get the game on and they were so kind and helpful with food delivery and many questions!

The water line was shut off for several hours leaving us unable to use the restroom.

Got there and checked in,the lady at the desk was nice but had mentioned that the water had just came back on puts me in a room in the back 2nd floor room 218 so ok no big deal the room was ok, the next morning i get up and get ready to shower and there is no hot water so i go down ask the lady at the deck what is going on can they fix this right now she pretense to fill out a work order and never rights anything down so i go back up wait for 2 hours and nothing so i checked out and tell her ther is no hot water again and she said thaks for letting me know, how rude can you be the wait staff was horrible maybe worse then not having hot water. I do expect a full refund and an apology for her actions before i file a repot

Beautiful property. Staff is nice. Can’t wait for breakfast. Only complaint. Large stain on couch and toilet handle broken. Will definitely stay again.
