'Breakfast' interesting. Apples, oranges, tea and coffee. Tea and coffee not always available and breakfast area not serviced.

Staff was not very friendly or welcoming. Room was VERY small with no storage at all just a cubby for hanging that has a curtain over it. Floor was dirty and towels had hair on them. It was overall an ok stay I wound not go back with so many options in the area and it was not cheap. It worked for an easy weekend trip but not worth it the money.

Pagué por una habitación con cama queen, 200 pies cuadrados, me entregaron una habitación con cama matrimonial y de menos de 150 pies cuadrados. Cuando solicité que me cambien a una habitación que corresponde a lo que pagué, me dijeron que el hotel estaba lleno y debía considerarme afortunada de haber obtenido una habitación, aunque no sea la por la que pagué. Les señalé que cuando un cliente reserva y paga por adelantado una habitación, ¡lo más mínimo es darle acceso a una habitación! Al día siguiente me tocó una persona más amable que aceptó cambiarnos de habitación, pero se me hizo muy desagradable tener que insistir para obtener lo pagado. Obviamente, no ajustaron la tarifa de la primera noche e igual pagué demasiado. Que tengan en mente también que hay una tarifa extra de 100$USD que se paga al llegar al hotel.

There were no cups for water etc. in the room. We needed more Kleenex and had one roll of toilet paper. The room was very, very small.
The staff was excellent and the hotel was impeccably clean.

My room was very small, with only about 3 feet available on each side of the queen bed plus the short hall and bathroom. There was a desk but no way to sit at it. It was definitely different than the images in Expedia. I’ll avoid this hotel in the future.

Showed up to property only to be told it was sold out and my reservation that I made two weeks prior is not valid.
-did not attempt to contact me prior to arrival, did not provide alternative accomodation; I was left scrambling to find other hotels that night that were all equally

Das Hotel liegt gut und man kann zu Fuß viel unternehmen. Das Personal ist hilfsbereit und freundlich.
Es gibt morgens Tee und Kaffee Selbstbedienung und später kann man von der Bar kostenlos Kaffee bekommen.
Es gibt auch einige Snacks und Alkohol gegen Bezahlung.
Das Zimmer ist klein, aber ich konnte gut schlafen. Das Bad wird leider sehr nass nach dem Duschen, weil der Vorhang kurz ist.
Leider sind die Fotos etwas irreführend. Es gibt keine Produkte von L’Occitane. Allerdings sind die Pflegepeodukte in nachfüllbaren Behältern, was ökologisch sinnvoll ist.
Der Teppichboden ist schon sehr abgenutzt.
Trotzdem würde ich wieder hier übernachten.
