Outstanding service and location but the elevator is so small (3-4 people without luggage) and only 1 was working, so it took 20 min for me just to go down. I was told by other visitors that they’ve been there several times and they never had both elevators working. Other than that, price and service was real good. I’d comeback again.

Love this hotel. It's my favourite hotel in Seattle hands down! The single functional elevator is the only downer but honestly it's not a deal breaker. Staff here is great!

Location was great, we walked to Seattle Center that evening and walked down to Pike Place in the morning. There did seem to only be one of the two elevators working, so we took the stairs to our 5th floor room a couple times instead of waiting. The valet parking process was not so smooth and felt overpriced, I wish I had just parked myself, but I wanted to have to convenience being in Seattle.

The stay in general was excellent. The room was awesome. The staff super nice, and very helpful. I gotta say the only thing I didn't like was the hotel fees that I wasn't even told about until I got the bill on my credit card and had to call the hotel and ask why I was getting charged almost 200$ even though the hotel was already paid for in advance. Come to find out there's a hidden fee nobody said anything about. Was a bit disappointed 😞

They need to hire more people. The bathrooms are tiny. And one of the elevators was broken so there is a long wait time for the other one. The rooms are outdated in terms of needing outlets for phones, laptops etc so I suggest that you bring some long extension cords for your stay. If you are able to overcome these obstacles then the stay overall isn't too bad but I probably will book elsewhere in the future.

Ask for a room with a view. Ours was terrible-see photos. A/C not 100% cool. Only one working elevator for at least a week that we know. The elevator is super tiny and very slow. Be prepared to wait. A lot. The bed was comfortable and nice pillows etc.

Only stayed 1 night before our cruise. It was a very cool place right in downtown and just about 4-5 blocks to the Public Market. It’s a bit of a hill to climb going & coming back so, know that. THERE IS NO PARKING FOR YOUR CAR!!! They don’t tell you that, even when you call. The valet fee is $59, but there is overnight parking about 2 blocks away for about $35 a night. Lots of 1 way streets. If you’re in front of the hotel & hotel is behind you, go to the 1st street to your left, go up that street about 2 blocks on the left, park there. Starbucks on the corner. The cruise port was about 20 min away so that was great. If you have an early boarding then you deal with rush hour traffic but it wasn’t horrible.
