Everything was great. Beds were a little hard but that’s ok. Didn’t realize we would have to pay an additional fee for parking. Kind of silly when you have to park there to stay there and the parking is designated for the hotel. Breakfast was great!!!! The staff were SO kind. It was wierd getting from the parking lot to the hotel. There was no walkway.

Errant charge for parking but quickly fixed upon notification. Cleaning service during stay limited to trash empty and towel replacement. Liked the kitchen option. My room did not have full fridge as per booking due to it being disability room. Blackout blinds didn’t work very well due to gap between blinds and edge of window. Made it hard to sleep. Rooms had good soundproofing.

The room was clean with all the toiletries, and towels available. There were extra toilet paper and facial tissues available in the bathroom. All the features of the room were as described, no complaints. The free breakfast was great, with custom made omelette upon request. I didn’t use the indoor pool or gym but saw them. There was an ice machine available on the floor where we stayed, very convenient. The lobby was spacious with sofas and computer desks. Overall it was a good stay. Good for couples and families.

A very nice place , with a pool and a gym. The breakfast was great. It is right across the street from a mall. There is a beautiful park on the next block. Frisco was a grear place to visit and this hotel was a great place to stay.
