Hyatt House Lewes/Rehoboth Beach

Plenty of room for our family of 4. Having a kitchenette with small children is a must for us. Continental breakfast is also great before heading to the beach. The bar had a limited menu but just enough that it had something for us to grab a quick bite to eat late one evening.

I use some PTO at the beach every year. I've stayed at a few places but this was by far the best. Every person I interacted with, who earns their living there was friendly, went above and beyond. Great location for not being tied down to one area - I stayed 3 nights and explored Towers, Henlopen, Rehoboth, etc. All within 15-20 min of hotel. VERY clean, no smells, great breakfast atmosphere. Pool was my favorite - very large/long pool for a hotel. If I were pressed to say anything negative, it would be that I prefer more shower pressure, but honestly that's all I can come up with. Great hotel.

Overall the experience was good. One thing which I didn't like at all was the breakfast. We stayed there for 2 nights and on both the days there ran out of some of the breakfast items. This was a paid meal.

Stay was great. Everything is clean and all staff were wonderful. Would stay again. Only thing I would say was the coffee was not so great. Otherwise great place to stay!!Thank you!

This was a birthday celebration for our thirteen year old grandson who wanted to celebrate at Rehoboth Beach. Finding this hotel was a rare gem for we had never heard of this hotel chain before. From the reservation to the end, was nothing short of exceptional. This hotel will be on our list of places to stay in Delaware.

Deon was the desk clerk- he was so helpful and friendly. Our room was spacious, although we had some cleaning issues that they corrected right away. Amazing pool! And very beautiful hotel. Everyone was so friendly- breakfast was good as well.

I booked a 1 bedroom hotel room with a separate living room and kitchen, but the one i got was a suite with an open layout, no privacy. I spoke with the reception person and he said the othet room was not working. Well i paid about 100 more to get a bedroom instead of an open layout. He didnt do anything about it, all he did was sign me up for Hyatt loyalty rewards that didnt fix the issue. Not satisfied with this hotel.

The only place we stay in Lewes/Rehoboth. Super clean, wonderful attentive staff, great breakfast, comfortable beds, lots of space in the rooms, huge pool and convenient to get to beach, shops, wherever you want to go. We book here every time we go to the beach.

A great stay that put us near family and the Rehoboth boardwalk. So high marks for location, cleanliness, staff attentiveness, and the included breakfast each morning was a good value.

The hotel itself is very nice, but our experience was mixed. We arrived at 4:15, only to be told our room wasn’t ready. The front desk assured us it would just be five minutes and that by the time we got our belongings from the car, our key would be available. Instead, we ended up waiting in the lobby for 90 minutes. At 5:30, we were finally told a room was ready. When we got to the room, we found only two sets of towels, despite the reservation clearly noting a family of four. When we asked, we were told we had to return to the desk ourselves to retrieve additional towels—an inconvenience after already waiting so long to check in. The suite also had a maintenance issue: the large dresser in the bedroom had a drawer that wouldn’t stay closed. No matter how many times we shut it, it would drift open again. My son bumped into it several times, which was frustrating and could have been unsafe. That said, the housekeeping staff and the gentleman at the front desk were very kind and professional. The issue wasn’t with their courtesy but with the lack of timely turnaround and communication. If the wait was going to be 90 minutes, it would have been much better to communicate that upfront so we could plan accordingly rather than being left hanging. Overall, the hotel is attractive and the staff are friendly, but operational issues around room readiness, communication, and basic amenities made our stay less enjoyable than it could have been
