This property is in great condition. The general areas and guest rooms are well-kept. It is in animal location since it is connected to a major mall with plenty go dining and shopping options, plus a movie theater. There is a great self-parking option that is safe and close to the property.

Proposed to send me the bill by email, and I have not received it, then having to chase. Overall very good hotel but they should know that issuing a receipt with care is part of customer service and not doing it can seriously impact the experience.

The hotel is very nice but the outside is just concrete, could use some landscaping of some kind. The hotel also seemed understaffed. Also had an awful experience with a bartender, he was incredibly rude and dismissive for no reason, that guy is an embarrassment to Hyatt.
