Our family flew in from CT. Perfect location if you are planning to catch a shuttle to the cruise port the next day.
McCoys is a great and convenient place for a family dinner.
Room was clean, spacious and surprisingly quiet, given that we are at an airport.

I wish the restaurant had more food options, but other than that ... this is a great place to stay, especially if you have an early flight. The room is super comfortable and the pool area is nice. My only complaint comes from guests with unruly children.

The Hyatt was extremely convenient after dropping off the rental car, we took the tram and were here in 5 minutes. The restaurant McCoys has a variety for adults and kids. The food was clean, fresh and delicious. Our server was just amazing for lunch and dinner. The room was clean, comfortable and we felt safe. Being able to go straight to our gate for an early morning flight is a huge plus! Now looking for other Hyatt locations for future travel.

Achei pessimo o fato de não disponibilizarem café da manhã durante a noite, uma vez que quem está hospedado ali é exclusivamente para viajar, num aeroporto que funciona 24 horas e não para estar.
O hotel é os quartos são ótimos, mas o chuveiro chega a ser ridículo! Quase não sai água.

Was one of the worst nights I’ve ever spent in a hotel.
All night I could hear kids screaming and people talking. I was surprised as this wasn’t my 1st stay at this hotel. I’ll definitely think twice before booking here again. It’s possible that it could have been the airport lobby room view.
