I was greeted and checked in by a sweet lady named Nuvia. She helped me throughout my stay, providing silverware and with a food delivery. Nuvia was very kind and pleasant. I will definitely be taking advantage of the great location and hospitality this hotel has to offer. (Interior rooms are the way to go).

For the money it was a great value. Not a bad place to stay. Clean, comfortable bed, hot water. Staff was friendly. Nice location. Close to stadium and several restaurants. Breakfast was included. Older place but fit the bill.

If you're looking for a decent place to stay for a night, this would do it. Just simple and affordable. Has an OK breakfast in the morning. The place is fairly clean. Could probably use a few upgrades. Nothing really major though. I had no problems. Just wish there was a coffee pot in the room. That is about the only thing I missed.

The beds were hard and the matress kept sliding off. The bathroom door would not close and the water handle for the shower came off so we couldn't shower. The bathroom was not very clean there was dirt in all the corners. There was only one wash cloth for 2 people and no trash can. There were no coffee cups for coffee in the morning only water cups. I wont stay there again.

It’s a step up from a hostel, the lobby was dirty, staff had attitude at check in. We arrived at night and went to turn on the lights in the room and they didn’t work. Had to walk to the other side of the room to turn on the nightstand light and when I did I noticed the walls, floor and chairs had stains. The bed seemed cleanish but the pillows were tiny. At least it had a parking lot and it seemed private, which makes sense in hindsight because I didn’t see any housekeeping during my stay

They have no way of being able to give you towels, sheets or pillows once the Houseskipping staff leaves. They are unable to order in moments of riots from the other guests.

Old building, weird smell, and old/unkept appliances.
Paper thin walls, i could hear anyone in the general area.
Friendly and straight to the point staff at check in, Free simple breakfast items, close to down town denver and decent fir the price in the location.

Nice for a quick stay if you don’t plan on spending much time in the rooms. The beds were horrible and made noise any time you moved and the pillows were so small and only had two to a bed. The walls were so thin so we could hear everything going on in the halls and other rooms at 4 in the morning.

I had a very disappointing and uncomfortable stay at this hotel. The overall environment felt extremely unsafe. Although the lady at the reception was very kind and helpful, everything else about the place was unacceptable.
The courtyard was noisy and chaotic, especially at night. Despite it being 11 PM, children were running around unsupervised, while groups of women were drinking on the balconies, creating a very unsettling atmosphere.
Throughout the night, there were suspicious individuals coming and going, and unfortunately, there were disturbing noises from the surrounding rooms, including loud and inappropriate sounds.
The room was filthy, the beds were broken, and overall cleanliness was severely lacking. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone, especially families or solo travelers. Safety and cleanliness should be a basic standard.

We checked out within 20 mins. The bed sheets weren't cleaned AT ALL and had large yellow stains all over them. There was dirt and grime in every corner and was completely unacceptable! We told the front desk and she said "I'm sorry but there's nothing we can do for you." AKA "I don't care and it's not my problem." Also the elevator doesn't work so you have to lug your stuff up 2-3 flights of stairs. Just a terrible experience and you'd probably be better off or even cleaner sleeping in your car or on the street.
