InterContinental Hotels LOS ANGELES DOWNTOWN by IHG, an IHG Hotel

We came to DTLA for a staycation and had a wonderful time. The hotel is really nice and the rooms are excellent! We enjoyed the gym which has everything you could need to work out.

The entire staff is always amazing but Ariel was especially welcoming and kind!

It was all good, staff is awesome.

Phenomenal service by the personal helping me at the front named Manny. Beds are a little eh, but nothing to gripe about, the rest of the stay was 10/10!

Expensive parking You can park in a near parking lot much more cheaper 20$ overnight parking.

The staff member that registered me and walk us thru the amenities of the hotel was really prompt and nice.

The rooms were spacious and clean. The view from the 70th floor lobby is amazing. The staff are very friendly and attentive. However, it was very noisy and I could not sleep. When I checked in, I had asked for a quiet room location if possible because I'm a light sleeper. The room they gave me was next to a service elevator that you can hear, especially late at night and early in the morning - repeated noise. And the hotel is right next to the freeway - I could see the freeway from my window and can hear the rumbling traffic noise. The walls seem to be well insulated (can't hear other guests) but the windows are not thick enough - you can hear the sirens from emergency vehicles and the traffic outside very loudly. One other thing - you must go through the 70th floor lobby to go to your room and for exiting (all rooms are below 70th floor) - so my room was on the 42nd floor - to exit the hotel, I had to take the elevator up to the 70th floor then walk to a different area and take a different elevator to go down to first floor exit. To go back to my room, I had to take the elevator all the way up to the 70th floor, walk over to the other set of elevators and take it down to my room. If you want easy access and exit, this hotel is inconvenient.

部屋に前泊者の物も思われるお菓子の食べ残しや髪の毛が落ちていて、不愉快な気分になった。 部屋は広く、景色やよく、施設自体もキレイで良かったが、室内掃除のレベルが低いと感じた。 冷蔵庫には、有料の飲み物や軽食が入っていねいて便利な反面、外で買ってきた物を入れる隙間がなく、困った。 夜は治安が悪く出歩くには不向きなロケーションだった。

I loved IHG. Everything was good. Specially amazing night time view!!! But all day Noisy from streets. Also I ordered room dining service for dinner. But without Spoons and source….
