Knights Inn Greenville, NC

Very old and decaying hotel. Lots of cockroaches. Cigarette burns in bedding, curtains not functional, room smelled bad. Cheap and I needed a place for the night. No other reason to stay here.

Not clean

The room instantly smelled like cigarettes and smoke even though it was a non smoking room we had booked and the environment did not feel friendly to us personally

The room was perfect but the bathroom was not very clean … toilet rusted and shower head was eroded. They can do a lot better . They didn’t even have soap.

The staff was very pleasant. They let me know up front that there were no refunds before I ever got to my room. The room was terrible, probably the worst I've ever stayed in. Non-smoking room smelled like heavy stale smoke and had multiple burn holes in the bed. The bathroom had hair balls in the floor and multiple holes in the walls. Moldy shower curtain and grime everywhere. The worst part: The room was infested with roaches. We saw too many to count. They were coming out of everywhere. Absolutely disgusting. Do not waste your money, spend a couple extra bucks somewhere else.

Interestingly amazing

The night person said he had to go see what was happening next door and he’d be back to check us in. After waiting a while he came back. When we got in the room there were roaches and bugs crawling on the walls bed and in the bathroom. I saw at least 20 bugs within 2 minutes so we left and didn’t stay.

Cockroaches under the covers the smell of alcohol and urine outside the doors walls falling apart unsafe unclean

Sheets was dirty and roaches was everywhere and the tub was dirty

I was informed they remodeled so I chose to book and let me tell you NOT DISAPPOINTED AT ALL,these room are beautiful from the interior to the wall paint I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND booking a stayy

Serviceable, but tattered curtains and blankets. Floor was not clean and toilet seat was broken.

Toilet leaking and repair and left a mess 2 days

This place is very dirty with the bed linens visibly soiled and stained, mold noted on entire base of the shower curtain and wash cloth and towels torn and stained. There were multiple spiders seen on the floor and the television had 6 channels. I thought it would be ok for a night while visiting my son at college. I would never go back and don’t recommend this place for any price. It really was disgusting. The front desk receptionist was nice and friendly. That was the only thing I could say was

This was this worst experience I've ever had staying at a hotel/motel. They said the room was non smoking, but there was burn holes in the comforter. The pillow cases and sheets had yellow and brown stains on them. There was no towels or wash cloths in the room. When I went to ask the receptionist for 2 towels and 2 wash cloths, she was only able to give me one towel and 2 dirty wash cloths. The receptionist was nice but that was the only good thing about this experience. We were woken up super early due to construction right next door. My goodness this experience was terrible. But I guess you get what you pay for huh?

I did not book the room because it was so dirty They were doing renovations and no room was available so says the lady at the front office Yet she tried to stick us in an unfinished room please ensure my credit card is been refunded

Very nice and friendly woman who checked me in but clear the mgmt/company didn’t provide her/the staff with the tools to take care of the property & its guests.

There was hot and cold running water.

Place was dirty holes in the walls..raccoons jumping out of trash cans just terrible
