Property didn't look like it did in the photos. When you pull up to the property part of the building was falling apart. It was loads of trash outside. All the Linen was stained. It was trash and dirty linen all through the halls. The host at the front desk was giving me and my spouse a hard time about checking in early, and he charged my card double for the deposit and early check in.

Good location and price

This has to be one of the worst places I’ve ever stayed at. The room conditions were horrible from the bathroom, the bedding, the floors, you name it. The parking lot, which they have the nerve to charge for, should have been a warning sign.

Found a roach in the bathroom at 6 am. Left the room and got a different hotel within 3 hours. Got reimbursed for the second night -although I feel I deserved to be reimbursed for the whole stay. Paint is cracked and chipped throughout. Very rusty corners. Couch was hard as a rock. Bed was the same. I got bit by something on my leg. Room was very large and close to airport (5 mins). Has a shuttle but it was very dirty and old. Pool was very warm, not enjoyable at all: Get what you pay for *shrug*

The property was well maintained

The price was okay. The hotel room was spacious and had hot water and pressure of shower was great. Half of the lamps in the room didn't work. The tv didn't work and I reported it to maintenance. Someone came and checked and said he would get the technician, but noone every came back. When I checked in, I was wondering why there was a sheer on top of the duvet cover. There was no additional linen in the room for the sofa sleeper. I went downstairs to get extras only to be told that they were sold out and had no additional linen. When I went back to use one of the sheets from the bed, and pulled the sheet that was on top of the duvet, I realized why the sheet was on top of the duvet. There were black stains on there so they covered them up. The mattresses were so stained and the duvet cover had red blood looking stains at the bottom. It had not been washed. There was no ironing board so my husband had to iron on the table. The bathroom had mold on the ceiling above shower. I had to Lysol the entire room and go buy linen. The glass on the sliding door to the bathroom linen closet was cracked. The lamp shades had stains. Also, the additional parking on the back of the hotel was scary. You had to walk all the way around from back to front entrance because there was no other entrance. We didn't feel safe. Bullet casings were in the parking lot. It's very close to airport which is good and bad. You heR airplanes all night and buses all night.

I liked how close it was to the airport however, inconvenient to everything else. The property could've been a bit cleaner for me. My room felt a little worn out, especially the bathroom. The free breakfast was not good. Eggs were either burned or old and spoiled The King Bed was comfortable.

Surviving this hotel: I’m ready to tell my story. We came in town for Beyoncé. Booked here. 1st off the picture are TOTALLLLLL CATFISH. The outside is in HORRIBLE disrepair. I’m not talking about asthetic type things I’m talking about safety comcerns. Honestly this place should be condemned. The overhead canopy was the first thing I noticed. It was busted open and maybe someone tried to repair it because there was building material etc right outside just laying around. The bathtub had rust stains. The floorboard were buckling. The room had visable “repaired” patches with not so good patching or painting. The ice machine looks like it has t been cleaned since ‘88. It was bad. But again we were Already there for an event and things were pretty booked so We went ahead and decided to take one for the team, disinfected realllly good and kept the party going. After our first night we notice they deactivate the key daily so You have to go back up front to get it reprogrammed DAILY. Also on the night of the concert we came in at about 130am. We noticed there were no towels left in our room by housekeeping but could tell That she had been In There (even though nothing was cleaned nor was any toilet paper left for us). My cousin went to the desk to ask For three towels. There were three of us. The man walked My cousin back to our room with his other male Employee and said they needed to SEARCH OUR ROOM in order to make sure we weren’t stashing towels in there. No more space to type

Not great. Close enough to the airport

The room was not cleaned properly. It was smelly with dirty rag left inside.

The staff are rude and they do not have a shuttle to take you from the airport to the hotel or from the hotel to the airport. Staff do not knock on the door. They just open your door and come in and when you try to ask them questions they ignored you I would never book a room with them again

It’s nothing like the photos online, the entrance is broken, room was dirty, no utensils. Staff was walking barefoot.

There were bedbugs in the bed.

There were stains everywhere, on the floor and bedding and furniture. The beds were uncomfortable. We left and ended up spending the night in a different hotel.

After 40+ years of personal and business travel, I'll rank this as the second worst hotel I've stayed in. It needs to be gutted, renovated, and all staff replaced. It's a long list of complaints, so here's the condensed version: Dirty/worn carpet. Buckling floor in the bathroom. No wifi in our "deluxe" suite (corner rooms too far away, apparently). A bus maintenance depot across the street that powerwashes buses until midnight (desk clerk didn't understand the noise issue I was trying to explain). Thin, small bath towels (like high school PE class), inadequate towels, wash cloths, pillows, and soap (heard similar complaints from other guests). Overflowing trash cans inside and out. Broken glass in the parking lot (parking costs extra). Overflowing cigarette butts in the pool area. Pool water had a distinct green tint to it (not willing to test my immune system in the pool). Bath tub drain clogged. Coffee in the breakfast area is lightly tinted brown water (and that's using the "bold" setting on the machine). Noisy AC unit next to the bed that woke me every time it started (no option for constant fan). Cigarette burn holes in furniture. Key cards which regularly lost their programming. Key cards never worked for the fitness room. On the other hand, you don't need a key card for the hotel's back entrances since the doors don't latch. Very convenient for the occasional vagrants that wandered in. Other issues but I'm out of characters.

Interior was low in standard, no water served, patches n cracks on walls and bathtub. You’re greeted with falling entrance shade. I only managed to sleep hoping to leave immediately

The rooms are beyond nasty. I’m not the type to be grossed out of things but the room was gross. The sheets were stained the, so many rusted places, the bathroom was old. I have a young child and the way the room was unhealthy.
