We will be requesting a full refund. Got to our hotel and walked in the room to watch a roach crawl across the bed. The tile floor was sticky, there were smudged/stains on the chairs and night stand, and there was an overall icky feeling. When we requested another room, there was not one available. The front desk worker said we would have to contact whoever we booked through and hopefully get help that way.

My room was ok. The bed was ok. Unfortunately two roles of toilet paper and both were empty. My wife went to the front desk to get more. The hallways appeared dirty like they hadn't been vacuumed in weeks. Breakfast was not good. Thankfully they did keep the coffee filled.

Bathroom not stocked properly. TP and bathroom towels needed for 3 people. Had to go to front desk as they couldn’t bring to the room. Blow dryer non operable.

Had to check in late and it was super easy. Hotel was a great value and made for an easy stop for the night. Quiet and clean.

Room was not clean. Dirty towels on floor. Pillow had brown spots. No shampoo - had container but empty.

No light bulb no blanket.

I had a great stay.

We checked in, got off the elevator, and the entire floor smelled like marijuana. Walked into our room, and it was worse smelling. Went back downstairs and asked to check out. No option was given to us to move floors/rooms. Assumed we would receive a full refund for this, as we had booked a "non-smoking room", as I have asthma, but hotel Manager refused to provide us with a refund. Terrible customer service!

Holes in walls around light fixtures and sprinklers. The hole around the sprinkler will delay the sprinkler from activating.

The Pros: The check-in process was very smooth, quick, and easy. The front desk clerk was attentive and managed multiple guests at once with ease and professionalism. The available Dove soap in the bathroom in lieu of the typical generic ineffective hotel brands was a nice offering. The free breakfast was comparable to most offered at a hotel, they had hot options as well as quick grab-and-go options. Definitely a nice option if you stay with family / kids. The hotel is in a very convenient location with quick interstate access, as well as close to shopping and restaurants. It's also a safe, secure area. Cons: The room wasn't as clean as expected. There was bobby pins left on the bathroom counter from a previous guests, makeup on one of the pillows on the bed, and the floors definitely could use some cleaning. The walls are paper thin and it was very loud at night, not much sleep was had. Overall it was okay for the price point. There are better comparable hotels, just next door in fact.

Very clean and conveniently located. Perfect for anyone cruising by, and for the price, this is a no-brainer!

Nope, dont do it. The family had several rooms and from vleanliness to elevator to the food it was not worth it.

The Hallway smelled like dog, piss & weed definitely need a deep cleaning & new flooring

Everything was good

The hotel's cleanliness was decent but most of the elevators and stairs had a very strong scent of weed that was strong.

It was right off the highway which was convenient and the staff was nice. The building smelled weird at times especially in the elevator.

We stayed on second floor the smell of spices in hallways was intolerable. Leaky toilet that kept running. Showers had nowhere to put soap or razor. Furniture in sitting area was old and had no support when sitting
