This is my go-to place to stay when I go back home to visit. The staff has always been very nice and polite while I'm there. The rooms are always clean and fresh feeling.. and the grounds looks so nice when you pull up to the entrance.

They had gnats everywhere and crickets, they door always had a problem when trying to come in or out of the hotel. Then when asked if we could check out and get a refund they said no. Was horrible photos that were advertised looks nothing like the hotel.

The staff and the size of the room were great. There was mold in the bathroom and the shower was dirty with someone’s hair on the wall when we got there. The pool was freezing and the room felt like a sauna. Would stay again in a pinch if we needed to only because of the staff and the room set up.

Bathroom in poor condition. Mold around caulking. Door very beat up. No lock on door. Ice machine on 4th floor not working. Breakfast selection very limited. Had to ask for pool towels at front desk. Pool was very cloudy.

We were greeted and treated in a very friendly manner. It was easy to check in and our room was exactly what we'd reserved but, I'm sure I've never slept on a mattress this hard or used pillows this bad.

Hotel starting to show some wear and tear.Had a few small roaches in bathroom not moving very fast so i got em.Door to bathroom wouldnt latch without alot of force.First of three day stay breakfast buffet was great,after that no sausage with hard boiled eggs,nextday not even that only biscuts and gravy.

Power was out when we showed up and there were maintenance workers entering every room to remove the ac unit for cleaning. I know they aren’t going to turn customers away but a heads up or something of that order would’ve been nice during booking.
