They gave us the wrong room at first because what we booked wasn’t available. They corrected it moving us to a king the next day, and refunded the amount I was quoted from the price the gave us when we checked in.

I paid for a double suite with a sofa pull out. Once I arrived the suite didn’t have a pull out and the room was filthy management made me wait 3 hours for another suite that was dirtier than the first one the sheets had old blood and dirt stains on them, there were people and police running through the building all night I found roaches in both my rooms and I was never compensated.

This was the dirtiest hotel we have ever stayed in! The sheets on the bed weren't even put on all the way...had to tuck the fitted sheet in. Pactched spots in the bathroom that were not painted. Hallway carpet was filthy, and on and on! This hotel should not be offered on your website. I feel that we should be given a refund.

The room was not clean , linen was dirty and nothing was wipe down hair was on the ice bucket . The wash room was nasty . They change my room the second room was full of smoke smell . It’s a 100percent smoke free . I can in to town for a bridershower and I was sleepy the smoke smell was bad I couldn’t rest at all .In the morning the elevator had liquid on the floor I told them they said they would get right to it . After breakfast we went back up the elevator was still wet .

The tub was nasty and dirty with a dirt ring around it. They tried switching my room the other room was dirtier. The bed sheets had stains on it.

First off there were no locks on the doors. The bathroom was disgusting. Pubic hairs in the Jacuzzi tub. The bottom of the toilet was gross. The TV services was horrible and the Wi-Fi buffered a lot.

Room was unacceptable on all levels. Walls were stained with blood. Toilet seat was stained and dirty. Stains were in the sheets and blankets. And after one day of stay I tried to get a refund for the remaining 2 days I had left and they were not willing to honor my request. They only offered to either move my room, or I reschedule for a later date. Terrible experience!

Everything was dirty, carpet was threadbare. We had two rooms and one had bags over the smoke detectors. There was no shower curtain in the bathroom and no garbage cans. The beds were uncomfortable and the couches were sagging and dirty.

The carpet was not very clean spots and some pieces of dirt. There was no plug to take a bath and no toilet paper holder. There outdoor sign “La Quinta” has only a few letters lit snd it’s been like that for 3 years at least. It can be hard to spot at night. I also requested a low floor and was on the top floor. Beds were good snd the personnel is always great. Breakfast offerings good.

Hello I recently just stayed there and my room was horrible!! It was filthy I was so disgusted I didn’t even use the hot tub. I will like a refund because there is no way a room should have been sold like that. I have photos I will be attaching so you can see the filth!!

It wasn’t good at all! The check in was awful. The person at the front desk tried to tell me I had two room when I only needed one. He was trying to charge me for an extra room. He didn’t think I had my confirmation. He didn’t want to believe me. Very rude and disrespectful.
The room itself was bad. Hairballs everywhere is the bathroom. Stains on the couch, bed, floor, walls, and more. Says smoke free, but there was smokers on the floor and it was awful to smell that.
Breakfast wasn’t the greatest. Not that many options. Very small portions.
I would rate this hotel -1 star. From the desk clerk at check in, to the breakfast the next day.

I never received my deposit back. I checked in late the room was dirty like someone in there then she put me in another room not even with a king bed like I booked. I only slept there and was gone before check out. Very unprofessional!
