I wish the hotel had better food options. DoorDash is very convenient… there is a small pool- when we were there it was totally overcrowded with a dance convention. We picked a tricky weekend to stay at this location. Regardless, I can’t see us staying at this location ever again.

This is the first bad experience I’ve ever had at a hotel. Aside from the housekeeper constantly knocking on my door for no reason—even though it wasn’t my check-out time—I don’t know why that happened. The toilet bowl also seemed clogged.
But the worst part is that my $75 deposit (minus the $35 parking fee) still hasn’t been returned to my account. It’s been almost three weeks since July 10. When I tried calling the property, I couldn’t get through—an AI answers the call, and there’s no option to speak with the front desk staff.
This was my first horrible hotel experience, and I will not be coming back.

Third time staying here this time I decided to get a suite and much disappointed room was dusty ac didn’t work phone didn’t work and the staff didn’t seem to enthusiastic to help either !

I don't normally give reviews but the customer service here was amazing! My card was overcharged but they took care of it immediately. When we got to the room it had a weird wet smell, which we later found out was from the AC but they were quick to change my room and give me bonus Bonvoy points and took care of my parking for the inconvenience. The new room was clean, smelled great and the beds were comfortable after a long day at Universal Studios.

The parking was $30 a day and the front desk gives you a ticket to scan at the exit but it doesn’t work. Several guests had problems getting out of the parking gate. Plus they charged me $9.95 for internet even though I’m a member of the Marriott’s rewards program.
It was an ok experience just lacking in the front desk’s employees on knowledge of their procedures. May need more training in customer service.
