New, fresh & clean. Our flight was cancelled and we were able to book our room with ease and very little inconvenience.
One drawback, the TV did not work properly so we were unable to relax and watch something prior to going to sleep. Other than that, nice place to stay. Thank you.

Problem at check in. Nice young man trying to get us in faced unprepared available rooms which we had to wait over two hours for. Desk clerk had no mamagement support on a Sunday check in. Housekeeping may have been grossly short staffed. Many guest including us wsited unreasonably long time to get made ready room. Area around hotel mostly industrial with some homes here and there. No place to walk at all or go eating or just taking a walk. I would definetly book elsewhere in future

The location seemed really sketchy, there were people sleeping across the couches in the lobby, there was no business center or other way to print a document for work. The front desk said the only place to get a longer document printed would be an uber-ride away from the hotel. We ended up ditching on our nonrefundable reservation and going somewhere else.

The staff was very unprofessional and not helpful. They kept our bags overnight and would not allow us to get them until the next morning. We kept having to call the front desk to get our luggage back. They took a deposit 3 times after we had already checked out. Very sketchy establishment. Would not stay here again.

We got there at 11 pm at night ready to check in after a long day of travel. We had reserved our room more than a week in advanced without any issues. Upon arrival, we were told that housekeeping didn’t keep an accurate count of rooms and that they didn’t have anything for us. They didn’t offer to help us find another place to stay, explain why they let us reserve a room the week before, or even offer to help compensate for travel to another location! They also started turning off the lights in the lobby area as we were desperately calling all of the hotels in the area trying to find another room for the night.

Service was good and we enjoyed the restaurant attached to the hotel. The only downsides to our stay were that the sink in our room drained extremely slowly (it likely needed to be unclogged) and the bathroom door was strangely semi-transparent. My friends and I stayed in a family room and quickly realized that we could see quite a bit of the person inside the bathroom, so just be aware of this fact based on who you're going with.

Last minute stay due to a flight cancellation. Obviously remodeled and upgraded and everything was excellent in room. Only detraction was that neighboring showers could be heard and were noticeable sound wise.

20 minutes from LaGuardia airport. So good close option. Not much in walking distance but a ten minute drive has lots of options to grab dinner. Room was big and clean.
