The staff was very friendly. From check-in to check-out we never had an issue. They made recommendations for dining in the area, answered questions on where to go and not to go, etc.

Stayed here for an event. I was looking for a hotel that is very close to convention center and this hotel is just across the street. We came as walk-in and received a very welcoming atmosphere at the front desk by Fritzie. Very friendly and excellent service!
The rooms are comfortable but a little worn down and the AC was not quite working well. my family stayed for 1 night, had some drinks at the bar and it was awesome. Their food and room delivery was great!

Hotel lacks some basic amenities like clock, bathroom only has soap and shampoo, no other extra amenities like shower cap, earbuds. Hotel area does not feel that safe, especially traveling by metro and area around that.

Sold our tool to someone else so they moved us to another hotel. We had a king with Marriott and they sent us to a room with 2 full beds. Not happy about this at all. Just because we used a 3rd party vendor to book our room

Check-in desk lady was unhelpful and unfriendly. Club snacks not good, selection was very limited and Club facility was completely empty most of the time. Dazed sad homeless people staggering around every time we went outside the hotel. Very disconcerting.
Hotel was newly renovated. The breakfast time employee looking after The Club room did a good job.
We will not return.
