Motel 6 Riverside, CA - UCR East

Ok

I requested a first-floor room during the reservation process and was given one on the second floor. I made them change it. The bathroom had hair in the sink, tub, and on the floor. The sheets were stained. I slept in my sleeping bag, as I did not want to touch the sheets or cover. Did not feel safe, was concerned about the car all night. Not worth the cost.

Just an over night stay for an event nearby. Check in was smooth and the staff were helpful.

Pau was very helpful and courteous and very patient in helping me solve reservations issues

I honestly can't remember the young ladies name who attended me but she was polite customer service was awesome!!

The night auditor was very kind and helpful to us during our stay several times. We have greatly appreciated his willingness to go above and beyond showing top notch customer service skills that really made us feel as valued customers should! Thank you!

It had bugs in there

I didn’t like how there was a lot of homeless people nearby.

Basic and comfortable room. I liked the table and chairs for working on my laptop. Everything was clean and tidy. Plenty of outlets for electronics. Nice bed. Air worked well. People at the desk were friendly.

If I could have rated this a zero, I would have. The owners are rude, including the staff. Also I didn’t get much sleep, My kids were terrified due to the next door neighbor and up stairs. They decided to put families with all these party guests, which was obviously not a good idea. My worst experience was having to wait until 3pm to check in, when I requested to have a early check in, I arrived there early at 5am so tired from driving all night with my whole family, when I ask if it was possible if they had any rooms so that we could check in early… they said no absolutely not…. No way !! 5 mins later, a guy pulls in to get a room , when he comes out i ask him if he had a reservation and he responds no I just ask for a room for me and my family. So your going to tell me that someone that has no reservations has more privileges then someone that has already paid in full for a room.. oh my Goodness, this was the worst experience ever. We had to ride around finding things to do while being sleepy and tired also needing to take a shower. Worst of all the owner or staff is very rude for no reason!!!!!
