Motel 6 San Angelo, TX

Stinky and loud. Highly do NOT recommend

Room was dirty and smelled. There were cigarette burns on sheets, the room was supposed to be non smoking. Ended up not staying, didn't feel safe on the property. Staff was also rude

We got the room, my kids & I went to eat & see a movie. When we returned , as soon as we walked in we saw at LEAST 15 COCKROACHES . I asked for a refund & had to go to another hotel. It was okay when we first got there, but wasn't there very long before we went to eat! NEVER AGAIN!!

Called ahead to get a bottom floor and didn’t accommodate us. Arrived later. It didn’t look like they had cleaned the room. Seemed like they had workers in there. Shoe prints all 9ver and floor dirty. Sheets and towels had a smell to them. Shower was filthy. Noticed pubic hair...sink was clogged. We need a refund! .

When i pulled back the covers of the bed I found strands of black all over the bed. It took me over 15 minutes to get most of the hair off the bed. I informed the office of the situation in the morning of the next day. When I came back to

No hot water in the shower. The shower curtain covered in mold. Clearly a non-smoking room but had to go and buy candle to clear the air in the room.

This is a roach motel. Roaches crawled on my legs during the night. Spend the extra $ and go somewhere else.

The room was deteriorating and smelled bad. I had to get room deodorizer. No blanket, just a very thin covering. The towels had seemingly not been washed and smelled.

Three rooms later, I got one with all working parts. This is a welfare motel - lots of permanent residents and lots of cockroaches. Staff was mixed - one person was helpful, the other two need to find jobs in other sectors.

Shower curtain had mold stains. I understand that older places can have roaches, this place is no exception. For the prices I wasn’t expecting much. I got what I paid for.

I am extremely disappointed with my recent stay at Motel 6 in San Angelo, Texas. My visit was unplanned and made under extremely stressful circumstances as my dad was having emergency heart bypass surgery, and I needed to be at the hospital by 5:30 am. We arrived at the motel around 1:20 am, exhausted and just hoping for a quick rest before the long day ahead, but we were met with a horrifying experience. The moment we opened the door, we were overwhelmed by a disgusting odor that smelled like manure and cigarettes. It was unbearable. To make matters worse, when my husband went to use the restroom, he discovered there was no toilet seat. How is that even possible in a functioning hotel room? I called the front desk, desperate for a solution, but the response was underwhelming. The staff had us go down to get another key for the room next door, which had a similar strong odor. At least this room had a toilet seat, but we ended up sleeping in our clothes because we didn’t feel comfortable enough to even relax. We checked out first thing in the morning, as we couldn’t wait to leave. The property itself was in terrible shape. The trash outside was overflowing, and the area seemed completely neglected. The room was filthy with stains on the walls, broken fixtures, and even a yellow pill left behind by a previous guest, which could have easily been an illegal substance. I shudder to think what could have happened if a child had found it. I want a refund.

The room smelled like wet dog and cigarettes.

First room had no sheets, second room smelled like literal cat urine. The desk staff was understanding and gave us a refund. Do not stay here.

Gave me a room that looked like they literally had a party in it 10 minutes before they gave me the key
