The room was very clean, comfortable, and inviting. The beach theme was great. Other than a few of the lights not working, I really enjoyed my stay.

I stayed in the Paris room for one night. The Paris theme of the room decor was great. The hotel really made an effort to give the room a French feel. My stay was very comfortable and peaceful. I will definitely stay again.

There were no lamps in the room just one big bright over lit overhead light the app said pet friendly but I was told not to bring my service dog back.. the room was not clean when I got in it there was dirt on the floor the only nice thing about the room was the refrigerator

We only stayed here for a night and I won’t ever be back. There were no towels or toilet paper in the room on check in. The tv in the 1st bedroom didn’t work. We had to wait 10 minutes before I could check in because no one was manning the desk, and they already charged my card before we got there.

I didn't like that I wasn't able to ever check in and had to get a room elsewhere because there was no one at the front desk or on the other end of any phone number given therefore having to pay for a place or service I didn't receive because it was no refundable..

I booked a pet friendly hotel. When I walked into the lobby to check in the first thing I see is a sign saying "no pets". When I said I booked a pet friendly hotel they asked if it was through hotels.com to which I said yes. Was told either the $50 or no refund cancel since it was less than 24 hrs out from check in. This is extortion! Absolutely dishonest and disgusting behavior.

I checked in and checked out immediately it was horrible the room it’s self was disgusting but the main issue was the people out side being loud and drinking in the parking lot. Felt very unsafe for my family we did not stay

Was not pleased with concrete floors at all,
1 blanket on the bed,bathroom shower curtain was molded,bathroom door would not close.There was a basket of cut/torn up towels used for cleaning left in the room. Parking lot was noisy.The staff upon arrival was very attentive and very polite.
