They had bed bugs had to change out rooms at 1:00am in the morning i wanted a refund but couldnt no rooms were available until the next day but he did try to accomadate by getting us another room

Yelling and screaming and banging of other residence throughout the night. Not a family invironment.

Lady at front desk when you check in is very rude I would never stay there again. I normally don’t sleep in sleezy hotels but that was all they had.

Didn’t like anything and the fact that they felt like I should have just came in instead of booking on line didn’t know until I was about to get the key that there is no hot water

Everything was what we needed.It served it's purpose.

It was bad. I’ve stayed in cheap hotels but none quite this bad. It looked like they had not cleaned the sheets prior to our visit. Smelled horrible apparently someone had been smoking in the bathroom before we came. Lots of riff raff outside in the common area during all hours of the night.

I did not lije the way the manager help the guest. He only think about his pocket and he dont care about the guest

The hotel looks like a sweet hotel. The furniture was all banged up, toilet didn't work, and then bring have a special key to allow you entrance to their gym. Fortunately the staff let me change rooms, but it has flying knats in the room. Walls are thin so you will hear the neighbors nextdoor all night. I will never ever stay here again. Not recommended.

Arrived at checkin, long wait at front desk, seeing a couple rooms and the odor in the lobby alone was enough to make me decide not to stay the night there.

The air conditioner worked intermittently, the room stunk so bad the maintenance man brought me a can of industrial air freshener and left it for me to use. The coffee maker had some unidentifiable stuff all over it. The shower was dirty and still had the bar of soap and shampoo bottle from the last person to use the room.

Our room was very outdated and moldy. Strong smell of marijuana and must. Some woman knocked on our door at midnight for an hour and was yelling and wouldn’t go away. A/C would cut on and off every 5 minutes. The one good thing was the bed was comfy and the complimentary coffee in the lobby the next morning was good. Would not stay here again.

It's in a convenient area for food, gas, shopping and the University.

I did not like the idea that it wasnt clean right. No closet hang my clothes the floor wasn't clean. We only had one wash cloth in the room. The refrigerator needed to be cleaned. No toilet paper bar for the roll. I took pictures. The tub had a black ring in it.

Rooms need serious updating! Flooring and. Bedding were good, but walls and floor boards were awful! Rotten wood, rust, chipped or stained paint! Breakfast was a waffle or bagel! No protein and very limited. Probably would not stay here again.

sheets were stained, roaches in room, door would not lock from inside or outside. paint was peeling, outdated.

First of all when we checked in the two people working behind the desk, were dressed in very casual, not at all professional clothing, no name tags, and they looked like they would pretty much rather be anywhere else but working there. When we got to the room, the door was wide open , which was a little concerning. Thankfully, the weather wasn’t bad because of course, all of these rooms enter directly from the outside. The room was not clean, the floor is some sort of laminate, and when walking around in my socks, my feet were sticking to the floor. This is supposed to be a hotel with convention/conference center, yet the room had no closet… So for anyone traveling professionally, don’t expect to have a room where you can hang a suit or dress or freshly pressed clothes. When closing the door from the tiny toilet/shower room, a giant piece of what looked like potentially someone’s beard shavings swooshed out onto the floor in front of me. The baseboard around the door frame to the bathroom is not attached and folds back away from the wall about 4 inches into the hallway. The heating/air-conditioning is one of those monsters old units that is underneath the window, and while I’m used to them being loud, this one was UNBELIEVABLY loud, it made it very difficult to get any sleep because every time it clicked on in the night it would wake you up, and I’m not exactly a light sleeper. Breakfast was pitiful, coffee machine broken, toaster broken… 100 would not recommend.

When we walked into the room it smelled like smoking covered with parfume. The front desk was accommodating and put us in another room. The room was ok, but when we got to the bathroom there was still a dirty towel hanging on the back of the door. The room didn’t smell that great, but at least it wasn’t a smoking smell. On the other hand the bed was very comfortable and the sheets were very soft.
