Came in on Wednesday evening and left Friday morning. This quality inn never lowered there flag (President ordered) the entire time we were there. The hot tub needs a few more steps down into the tub. On our first night we were there we wanted to watch the news but our TV did not work. And it would help others if you asked the trash people to wait until after 11 (checkout time) so that people don’t get awaken at 5 am

Thes Hotel have a molded dusty smell and the carpet need shampoo and air condition needs cleaning. The hotel is in a great area for shopping, food places and easy to get on the internet. The staff was the best do fix thing when informed right away.

When arriving at the hotel, the receptionist didnt welcome us. Just asked if we were checking in or needed to book a night. He didnt say which way the room was nor what time check out was and also didn't say the hours for breakfast (didn't know they had breakfast). The room was clean just had a mildew smell but that was it. The beds and pillows were comfortable. The cleaning crew took out trash and gave us new towels and were nice people. Internet worked great. There was one point where the card wasn't working when we got back to the hotel during the day but they easily fixed it. Overall 3.5/5 stars. I would stay again if the cons got fixed. Also the price was great! Pros: clean, friendly cleaning stafd and quick to fix any room key issue. Good price! Cons: not welcoming, smelly room, breakfast (didn't know they served)
