The beds and pillows were so comfortable! Nicely kept pool! A little disappointed the hot tub wasn’t open during our stay.

Coffee maker was broken, ice machine was dirty, vending machine was empty, tile in bathroom broken, door lock key card had to be reset every single day.

We were hit with a strong odor of stale smoke in the hallway outside our room. The room itself smelled of stale pet odor. The smoke smell dissipated over the 3 days we were there and the room was fine after the AC was on. The sink in our room was clogged. For the price, it was fine. There was a free breakfast included, which helped with the overall stay.

This property was in need of a remodel. Our door handle fell off, the wall had plaster on it and the bathtub was gross. I asked to talk to a manager - called twice and asked at checkout but still have not heard from anyone.

Very upset. We booked this hotel because it had a hot tub. When we got here the hot tub was cemented in and clearly not in use. They didn’t seem to care we were upset. I think we should get refunded or partially refunded for not being told the hot tub was no longer in use. Will never stay again

The night shift front desk guy was rude. He was very short, and threw my keys on the counter, instead of handing it to me. The room needed some serious upgrading, but the AC worked great. I knew not to expect the best, but I definitely didn’t expect that. The paint was peeling in the bathroom above the shower, the shower drained extremely slow, and I had to clean the shower myself before using it. Housekeeping services emptied the trash and brought us towels the next day, which was nice that we didn’t have to ask. Overall, if you’re just passing through for a weekend like we were, it’s ok. However, if longer than 2 days, I would recommend paying a little extra money and stay elsewhere.

Not recommending this place. One of the pillows cases was dirty (has not beed change), dirty bathtub (moldy spots on the bathtub mat), water in the bathtub wasn’t draining (imagine taking a shower and you have to stand in the water), leaky spots on the ceiling. Terrible.

Crumbling concrete. Low-quality bed gave me and my wife sore backs the next day. Overpriced. Sigh.

It was a clean, basic hotel. Room service is available if requested. Nothing fancy, but it was clean. The hot tub was not working, but they do allow pets ,and they do serve a basic breakfast.

One star is generous. I stayed here for Mom’s Weekend, and it was one of the few hotels left—now I know why. I was placed in one of the motel-style buildings across the parking lot and told it’d be $50 more per night to be in the main hotel. The stairwells were full of trash, and I had to drag my luggage up to a second-floor room that smelled like water damage and mildew. The bedding was dirty, pillows smelled like body odor, and the bathroom was tiny with the toilet paper practically behind the door. Towels were threadbare, and the deadbolt didn’t work—I had to prop a chair against the door. I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone. Think twice before booking.

My room was dirty water was cold whole stay

We booked the hotel because it offered a hot tub, which there were only a few of them in the area. We checked in and asked about the hot tub. That is when we were told it was being filled with cement. The pool area was not very well maintained. We had booked a suite, which was a decent size room with a pullout couch. The mattress on the pull out was completely stained. No sheets or blankets were given to make up the pull out. There was a hole in the ceiling of the shower and the shampoo & conditioner offered was inadequate. The staff was not friendly and didn’t seem to care what condition the hotel was in. Overall this hotel was gross and I would never recommend it to anyone. I expected more for a $230 a night. I never leave reviews, but I had to on this one.

Nothing like the pictures online. Room given was actually in an annex disconnected from the main hotel, similar to a motel style. Room opened up to outside parking lot, on first floor and when expressed safety concern they couldn’t help or provide a room change. The room was dirty, run-down, things needed fixing that weren’t ever going to be, door handles falling off and un-patched holes in the wall, shower had pink staining in caulking and would not spray out of the main shower-head, old with a faint smell of smoke, but the worst were the sheets stained with body oil and blood. Asked them to change the sheets and provided them why and in what room- they wrote it down, I waited and they never came, apparently they went to the wrong room. Had to leave, provided my info again and they had them changed when I returned. If you need a room and there is nothing else I can see someone staying here but for the price for misleading photos, dirty sheets, and the potentially unsafe room in a disconnected annex motel style you won’t catch me ever going there again. On a positive note the location is near lots of restaurants and right off of a main road and was surprisingly quiet.

Appreciate a couch in the room - nice! Property was clean. Rooms were clean. Breakfast was not good at all - and I'm not picky.

The hotel is Very run down and looks it. Bed was comfortable, thankfully. Had to come down every day to get my room key reactivated to get into my room. That was Very aggravating since I was there for 4 days.

First room they gave us smelled like an ashtray. It was dirty and gross. The next room they gave us. BED BUGS do not stay at this property. It is disgusting. It is unkept it is gross. RUN

The key cards didn’t work (twice!), the shower head didn’t work. They switched me to another room with a ripped comforter, dirty bathroom floor, and multiple stained towels. It’s outdated and dirty all around. The vending machine is completely empty and there’s no room service at all. They refused to print me a receipt as well.

I had a very pleasant stay here. Great break from the kiddos!
