It was great! The hotel staff was very friendly and accommodating to us having a very late arrival. Of course the hotel could use an update but our room was clean and beds comfortable. Would definitely stay here again!

This place was terribly run down. I feared the possibility of bed bugs. The breakfast area was at the entrance and never cleaned up with leftover spillage. The floors were warped with a sign that had “wet floor” when they were actually dry. The public men’s bathroom door was propped open with a man sitting on the toilet loudly grunting.

Very convenient since it’s right next to the highway but the rooms were awful. Holes in the walls, black mold, tape covering the exterior of the door that connects rooms, shampoo and conditioner had been used since they put big bottles instead of smaller bottles for individual use. All around bad experience.

Room was 54 degrees when i got in it. Had already moved rooms because of how dirty it was. Other room just as dirty. Gave up and slept in a gross room. I have tons of pictures if anyone actually looks at these.

4 inches of snow, hanicap sticker but that spot covered in snow. Wouldn't let me park in front which was the only cleared spot. TV didn't work until I rebooted it and then went on and off by itself 2 times
Closet didn't exist, rack and hangers just thrown on the floor. Smoke alarm kept going off. Breakfast terrible, cereal and cold coffee. Foreign owned and it shows.

I had a 3 night stay and had No hot water for 2 nights, couldn’t shower after a 7 hr drive, which they knew when I was checking in but didn’t say anything.
Front desk offered me a $20 credit..haven’t seen it yet.

I didn't like the gangs of young men hanging out in the parking lot, the fact that the Quality Inn signage had clearly been removed from building, the restaurant attached to the place was padlocked shut, and there was glass on the ground outside the front door. We opted to forfeit the fees we'd prepaid, turned in our room keys to the person at the desk who barely spoke English, and went elsewhere.

The shower had hair and boogers stuck to the walls, wasn’t able to take a shower. The lights in the bathroom and just inside the front door were on motion detection and all lit up including the bathroom fan waking everyone up every time one of us went to the bathroom. Definitely will not repeat our visit..

The room and building had a bad smell. We weren't very comfortable in our room. There was train horn that kept blaring throughout the night. When we checked out to get breakfast there wasn't much food left at 8am and the lobby bathrooms were completely out of toilet paper and paper towel.

Toilet wouldn't flush, had to flush it 4-5 times before it flushed, the air conditioner had webs all in it, webs all over the place, bathroom was very dirty, so much hair in the shower and bathroom floor, had a terrible smell
