Quality Inn Marysville

Enjoyed my stay.

I dont like yhey dont replace towels everyday

Manager was very nice had me change rooms 1 st room no shower curtain moved me to a nicer riom

The room was fine, seemed clean. The rest of the property was very run down and grimy. The side door to the parking lot

It was a decent option in a pinch, somethings could be better.

East access to rooms. Rooms were clean.

The room was dirty. I think they "cleaned" it but it was just gross. The shower pan was stained so much that we showered with a towel on the floor of the shower. The pillow cases had dirt smudges on the. The mattress was definitely beyond its use. Uncomfortable and squeaky. The bathroom door had a layer of dirt near where you would put your hand to close it but it was a good foot long. The bathrrom door also didn't close properly. You had to kinda shove the door to get it closed. There was an ironing board but no iron. There was an ice bucket lid bit no bucket. I will give them props for having a refrigerator that works really well. Definitely will never stay at a Quality Inn again.

This stay was different for sure. The area was good . We felt safe while staying. The first thing we noticed was there was nothing notifying where to check in. The windows were all dark and you really couldnt tell where check in was . We get inside the young man behind the desk was very kind , courteous. We came out of the room and forgot the key while we were going to inquire about a hair dryer . He said should be one in room. When we got back from dinner we checked again , no hair dryer . He checked with someone they didnt think they had any. A few hours later the young man called the room he had found a hair dryer for us. So very helpful. The room didnt feel cleaned. The chair looked so worn and dirty we didnt use it . I was suprised no plastic covers on mattress. The water pressure was great but the shower floor needs scrubbed . I wore my sandles in the shower. The was litter on the floor in the room. The tv screen had something smeared on it . I did clean it . The mirror above the sink was in desperate need of a cleaning solution taken to it . You could see where a rag of some sort went across it . It had so much build up just wiping with a towel did nothing for it .All the glass in the room had not been clea. As im brushing my teeth this morning with the mirror light on I find a roach with no legs. (Thats Marijuana). I took it to front desk . He made a note of it . Just didnt feel like the room was cleaned. Probaby wont stay at this hotel while in Marysville again. TY

The daytime staff all deserve 100 stars, they are what sets this hotel apart. Will absolutely go again.

Had no towels or soap in the room Guy at front desk was rude! Had a bad smell & didn’t have any blackout curtains

Had a reservation since December 2024 and when my husband got there last night, the guy behind the counter told him there was no reservation. Would not look at the confirmation email from Expedia and just said there was nothing he could do and that we didnt have a reservation. VERY RUDE!!

Fast and easy check in and out.

Shower was hanging off of the wall, broken, toilet, wouldn’t flush, I had a king room reserved and got stuck in a dingy queen bed with a nasty shower. Beds were as hard as the floor only good thing that I can say about this place is that the sheets were soft

Poor customer service when I arrived. Room was filthy and not cleaned whatsoever. Hair and bugs in shower. Food left in fridge. Hair all over the bedding. Also, people were loud all night and banging on doors all night, I got no sleep at all. I give this hotel a 0 out of 10.

It was a bit sketchy. The hallways smelled like weed our entire stay. When we got to our room our door was cracked, the window screen was busted out, and our window was open. There was dust built up everywhere, the lamps, shower, shower fan. Our bedding was stained and a little gross. But the bed were comfy.

All doorhandles were dirty, shelves in room were dirty and dusty. There was an old bar of soap in the shower. Outside doors did not work with room key and needed to be propped open with rock. There was no hairdryer in the room and when I called the front desk, they told me to look around in all the cupboards. The drawer in dresser had old menus in it and dirt as well.

The room was comfortable. It was cold and the outside doors did not open with room key. Had to go to a door that was propped open with a rock. Dirty fingerprints around all the door handles. All of the shelves had dust on them. There was no hair dryer in the room and when I called desk, they told me it was in the room and to look in all the drawers and not offering to bring me one. The drawers in the room also had menus and dirt in them
