Quality Inn Rockport on Aransas Bay

Hotel was close to family. Bed was fine. Cleanliness fine. Is an older hotel mostly for fishermen

The room was clean but the air smelled like spoiled wet clothes.

No complaints whatsoever. The two ladies that I met were very nice and friendly. Breakfast was awesome. Even met the lady that cooked breakfast. Wonderful people. Definitely will plan to stay there again. Love the fact that they had a pier to go fishing. Even though my family and I didn't get a chance to fish there will definitely be a next time.

Everything was good- however the eggs could use some cheese and the sausage could used some grease draining. Fishing lights could be LED for greener bright ness to attract fish.

The property was excellent , the room was clean , the continental breakfast was tasty and the view when you walk out to the pier made it even more perfect ! We loved our stay.

My only complaint, Quality Inn is not located in Rockport, it is passed Fulton, small town next to Rockport. I was born and raised in Rockport, quite aware of the town. I am a senior and not comfortable driving at night, my visit was for a family funeral and thought the hotel was near the funeral home or central of Rockport. I made the mistake of reserving a motel, only stay at hotels due to my age and visiting solo. When I made the reservations I was upset and busy.

Nice experience

This property is always a great place to stay. Clean and Cool rooms. I will add that this last stay the sink was clogged and towel rack was wobbly. Quick fixes.

Easy check in, clean and comfortable room, friendly staff. Responsive to guests and out up with a lot of nonsense from some of the guests without losing the smile. Great pier to fish off of and close to food and bait shops

Upon arriving, desk clerk assigned a room she was told was ready,..IT WAS NOT...not even close!!! Went back to office and was assigned another room. Upon arriving at 126, door would not open. WHY? Power had gone out to entire property. This was a major issue because we had to be at an event in a short time and with no power to shower, get ready, etc. we HAD to go to another hotel. Asked for cancellation of res and clerk said she had no authority as I booked through expedia. I contacted expedia and as of Tuesday morning, 4/8, your hotel said no and HAS CHARGED MY CREDIT CARD FOR THE ENTIRE STAY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Well, guess who is very disappointed that you would do this??? I am trusting you will make it right and credit the entire amount as there was no way we could have stayed there with the power out and no idea of when it would be restored. I would be willing to book another stay there the next time we visit Rockport provided the full amount is credited for this NON stay. I am sure you understand our position. Had we not had to be properly ready and dressed for our event, we might could have waited out the power situation. Looking forward to the property doing the right thing.

The fish weren’t biting but the hotel was very comfortable. Staff were all super friendly and helpful. Best 3 star hotel I’ve been to and I would go back again.

Love this place! Clean, excellent service, doggo friendly, breakfast with eggs and sausage, and huge rooms! Always stay here when I come to Rockport!

Hotel staff are very friendly. Rooms are clean. Right next to the water which is a plus for fishing.
