We visited 3 days as a family of 4 and never did they replace the towels, empty trash nor straighten beds. We had to ask for extra coffee for the morning (staff politely supplied) and the coffee machine in the breakfast area did not have regular coffee, just decaf. The room smelled musty and the wall air conditioner was not very cooling.

We have stayed here many times before, but unfortunately this time we can tell the motel is really showing it's age. This has also been the only time that our room was not very clean. The staff, however, was very friendly and polite as usual!

Staff was very helpful. Breakfast was pretty good. Had a frig and a microwave. Had HBO 1 & 2. Keys worked great on the door. Had a really nice outdoor swimming pool. Seemed very kid friendly.

I request to have a receipt to be emailed to me I have not seen on yet.I was disappointed with how dirty the room was especially the bathroom hair all over the floor the toilet had piss stains the small fridge had such a bad odor it could not be used the back door had a rock keeping the door ajar all day and night there was a couple that was out front around 5 and arguing so loud swearing like crazy especially the man and a child was also present this was one of my worst experiences I've ever had and I stayed at alot of motels/hotels the original room I book was issued to another man so I was upgraded to the worst room there now was degrading to me and my partner the bed mattress had a sloop in the middle so you would role in the middle of it very bad.no good review from me not at all.Change your name to not quality Inn.

The first room #211 had heater that was blowing cold and extremely noisy. The second room#208 had heater reasonably quiet but blowing cold. The third room#203 heater worked well and was reasonably quiet considering the type it is. Staff was courteous and apologetic.
There was dirt around lamp base on nightstand. There wasn't a bulb in the light on table next to TV. Hotel was quiet. When I arrived at :8:30 for breakfast there was a limited amount of food available.

I was not satisfied with the room we stayed in because there was bugs in the room that looked a lot like roaches.
Informed the person at front desk and nothing was done to check and take care of them. They were on the night stand between the beds. Plus there was dead bugs in the corner of the room.
Then the person or people who rented the room next to ours partied all night making it next to impossible to sleep
This was the worst experience i ever had when staying in a motel or hotel.
