Quality Inn Waterbury East

I drove 2 hours from New Jersey to Connecticut to attend my cousin’s wedding with two small kids and I just wanted to spend the night for couple hours. When I approached the front desk to check in, this young Indian dude goes to me “oh we only have one room left but it’s smoking” and I confronted him proving him that I am not a smoker and I didn’t request that! He was rude and says to me ok you want your money back after I drove 2 hours with Two small kids! Not to mention how dirty filthy this hotel is! This is a pure definition of a dump for a hotel in a third world country! Stay away from this so called hotel!

The bathroom wasn't clean. There was hair all over the shower wall and tub. It had an odar. I will not be going back. Breakfast was a joke

Got to the room, blankets were dirty with burn holes. Smoke detector was broken, when i reported it to the counter the worker said he would send someone but never did.

Servered the purpose. Didn't like the shower. Mildew in shower.

The signage to get into the parking lot was less than desirable. Once in, there was no sign over the door to indicate an entrance. The clerk neglected to mention that our room was on the other side of the building and that we should move our car there.

My kids loved it.

It was okay for one night stay

While confirmed, the staff informed us when we arrived that they weren’t able to give us our room since they had not received payment from Expedia. Expedia refunded us the amount. We did not stay at the hotel. It also appeared to be a motel, and not in great condition.

No smoke detector in room broken tv control ..

I like the convenience of the location of the property. It was clean and the representative were friendly.

Needs a lot of work on the outside and parking lot

i was in a non smoking room that had burn marks in the sheet they came in without my permission and the breakfast and check in where all in one little lobby

They gave me a room next to the laundry, it was very noisy, people talking there and also in the front sidewalk of our room, also the next morning three police cars where there because some incident happened. Floor was dirty, one bedsheets also was dirty and the air felt dusty

Do not stay here and never think you'll get money back for cancelations because neither party will help yoi.

Very good stay for 5 days but would like if the sheet where changed at least we have clean towels almost daily but over all very good and clean

Very safe for my disabled family member
