The room was super clean and staff was super friendly and helpful. It made things super easy to figure out.

The trip started out great. I mentioned to the lady at the front desk that we were there to celebrate my 40th birthday and she upgraded our room for free - super nice of her! Upon checking in, we noticed a lot of hairs in the bathroom and shower that were not ours, very gross. There was a robe in the closet, had a dead bug on it. Called down to front desk one night to ask where the pool was located and see if we could get more shampoo, conditioner, soap, and wash cloths (we were there for 3 nights and with 2 people one tiny bottle wasnt enough) the guy on the phoke literally sighed very loudly as if i was causing him a big problem, and wouldnt even tell me how long it would take to receive them. I obviously interupted his "busy" schedule at 10:30 or 11 at night. The day we left our check out was noon. We went to MOA prior to check out and was back at the hotel by 11:40ish. I had 2 key cards with me and when i got into the elevator I tried to use them to go to my room and the elevator wouldnt move. Not only that, but the door open button wouldnt work! I was stuck in the HOT elevator for several minutes, not knowing what to do and nothing working. Thankfully someone finally pressed the button outside of the elevator and I was able to get out. Front desk staff on last day was minimal (on a friday!) And super slow - wanted to chit chat way too much with people even though there were a line of guests. Thankful for the free upgrade, not at all pleased with the rest.

Very nice hotel! Skip the restaurant

Nice and friendly service, however not a fan of the standard rooms. Not much storage for a family of 4 and not a fan of the bathroom set up. Sink is too high and shallow. No shower closure. Water can get everywhere.

Convenience Comfort

Great place!

The room had a small like a wet dog. The furniture was torn and ragged. The bathroom mirror was hanging off the wall by a screw and the shelf was missing entirely. The carpet looked dirty. The hallways had filthy carpet with gum stuck to it in multiple places. The woman who checked us in was very rude and talked over us. We requested a different room and they gave us one on the same floor. It was better than the other. Everything was worn and dated. The Fire Lake restaurant and bar were very nice. Excellent service and good food. The valet service was quick and the guys were polite. When we asked the front desk why they would put somebody in such a disgusting room, they replied that they were going to upgrade in the future and many rooms were like that. That is no excuse for what it costs to stay there.

Emily was great!

Being connected to the MoA was a huge plus. My wife and I truly enjoyed the breakfast, space and people there. We did not get a chance to meet the 808 local aunties like we wanted, but do plan on making it back there. Ohhh, and the bed was perfect!!!

My phone fell down the elevator shaft and got the run around and contradicting statements from staff, felt like staff was annoyed and very unhelpful
