Very nice hotel with kind staff. The walls might be on the thin side because I could hear my neighbors the whole night, but maybe I just got loud neighbors. The free breakfast was really good :)

Everything was wonderful, from the furnishings to the bathroom fixtures, cleanliness, quietness, etc. We loved the stay and will go there again in the future.

A great stop . The room was comfortable and easy to get to . The bed was clean crisp linens and the hotel seemed updated . Very quiet which was nice too

The area driving to the hotel did not look safe. We were going to go ahead and stay although there looked like some homeless hanging out at the end of the parking lot and one in a doorway of the hotel. We were an hour early and although there were no cars in the parking lot.they would not let us check in. Maybe a good thing, we decided to take the loss and find someplace in a better neighborhood.

Beautiful hotel and rooms were clean and comfortable, but service was terrible. Front desk staff was incredibly rude and wouldn't even bother to look up from their computer when talking with you. Answered questions only in one word responses and never once told us to have a nice stay or ask us how things were. The pool and hot tub were nice but definitely not kept very clean and the free breakfast was not good at all. Watery eggs and sausage patties that were floating in an inch of water, mushy potatoes. Overall, we were comfortable but will not return because the staff were so rude.

Rooms were recently renovated. Good breakfast with eggs, sausage patties, potatoes, waffles, toast, etc.
Cleaning service was fairly good. Request a room away from the elevator. It dings very loudly.
