The rooms are newly renovated and they look really nice, beds are comfortable, the upgraded channels and wifi tv made it enjoyable to watch anythjng we wanted to.
A couple things they are lacking on is breakfast and there needs to be more training on a couple of the employees, other than That its all good its an exceptional stay.

The room service was great. I just wish the pool had been open and there was coffee in the morning to drink. Other than that I would recommend going here again.

I had an outstanding stay at the Rancho Cordova Inn. My room was very clean and neat my AC worked great. Also I had a very comfortable bed and a TV that worked great. I had excellent customer service check in by a young gentleman. What I like most was there was no noise during the night so I had a well rested night sleep. I will be back and I will be sure to tell all my friends.

OMG I got catfish by a hotel. The room that I had gotten was filthy. There was wires hanging from the ceiling where the smoke detector goes, sheets were dirty, floor was filthy, I had a non smoking room that smelled horrible like cigarette ash and the pool was really dirty the laundry facility was two washers and two dryers outside in the hallway, my room was infested with flies. I asked for a refund and was refunded $11 dollars I took pictures and I wish I could post them, the breakfast sucked rotten bananas and dirty eating area . It used to be the quality inn but now rancho Cordova inn I do not recommend this place save your money don't waste your time. plaacetaalw.allreaked

Nothing matched the photos, very cold feeling room. So so loud, no carpet floors, phone had no numbers on it to call the front desk if needed.

Check-in was slow, the front desk was talking on the phone and never finished. At night it was quite chaotic with people in the room next door smoking and talking loudly.

The first room leaked water from sink. Second room the bathtub was filthy, who knows when it was lasted cleaned. There were no towels. I shower with my flip flops on. Had to dry off with clothes. There was a black widow under the A/C. The door keys and door knobs didn’t work right. I left the hotel at 3:30am. I was careful to not shut the door while loading the car as I had a 4 year old with me. After loading everything and the child I tried to leave the key at the office. There was no one there and no phone number for an emergency. I returned to the room to leave the key inside, only the key no longer worked to open the door. Now imagine if I had closed the door while loading my things with the child asleep inside? The TV n hunting it . Ouhnyhuhhujkomb

Went through 3 different rooms… then given a refund as they could not guarantee a clean room. First room had been smoked in and had a plastic bag tied over smoke detector. Second room smelt like feces. 3rd room had body fluid on every piece of bed linen. Laundry facilites filthy. Hard drugs being smoked in parking lot.
I have never left a hotel before. This was disgusting.

I recently booked a room at the Rancho Cordova Inn in on July 4th 2025. And instead of returning my deposit, they kept it and now they won’t answer the phone, and after multiple attempts to reach someone, they blocked my number, so I can’t get through

For a single night, this place is fine. The TV was not connected to a network but did turn on. The room was recently renovated and made me feel like I was walked into a studio apartment more than a motel (which is fine). Check in and out was quick! Expect to pay a $100 deposit when you first arrive
