Ok for the value.
A bit noisy outside from other guests late into the night but overall a good stay.
Should advertise the convenience to Logan airport shuttle at the mall and that it is not accessible on foot.

We were looking for a reasonably priced hotel that was comfortable, clean, and convenient. This hotel did all of those things very well. That is the reason for the high scores given, not because it was the most modern hotel ever stayed in, but because it met or exceeded every expectation within the price range we were looking for. We would stay there again for certain.

I liked the room, but we only saw maid service once 2 days before we left of a 7 day stay. Also, first two days the fire alarm went off at 10:30pm the first day and 2:30am the second day.

Staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. Room was small but comfortable and quiet. Could have been a tad cleaner, but not dirty enough to warrant a refund or request to change rooms. Fire alarm went off at 2 am and took about 15 minutes to disarm, which was a bit annoying since I was racing the Boston Marathon that morning and wanted good sleep. The alarm also went off the day before but in the middle of the day. Turns out there was some kind of circuit issue that was setting it off.

Given the establishment is next to a highway and a main street, the area is noisy, with a lot of the questionable clients that were loud at times. I found it hard to get a good night's rest, due to a lot of traffic and talking and outside smoking.
The customer service (during the stay and after) was BAD. I could NOT get an answer as to the actual price for the stay upon arrival (nothing matched). I was NEVER told about extra fees that were added to security-deposit payment without my knowledge for alleged services; charged for services never provided or even given access to. You will find out the extra services when you do NOT get the full security payment back! I had to go through a credit-card-company chargeback--what an unwanted experience!
It is cheap but dated and a slight musty odor; the tube/shower looked as if it wasn't properly clean (black fabrics in tube) with rusty drain and handles. I do not know if the black dots were mold or not.
FYI: No microwave or refrigerator.

My husband was running the Boston marathon so we booked this motel (drove from Nova Scotia). After a long drive we were exhausted and looking forward to a good night sleep, but at 11pm we were awaken by the fire alarm going off and we had to go stand outside in the rain with our dog. Annoying but it happens. The next night, the fire alarm went off at 2am (my husband was running the marathon that morning). So once again, had to go outside and wait for the fire trucks to come. Needless to say, my husband wasn’t happy… sleep disturbed two nights in a row before an important event.
Also, we did groceries and bought some food to put in the mini fridge.. the next morning, all our food and beverages were FROZEN. The fridge was set to “max”. So we had to throw it away and had to go buy more groceries.
I gave it an extra star because it was dog friendly, but we wouldn’t stay here again.

Checking in, the desk attendant was not friendly. It was a busy weekend, but should have been more helpful. The hotel policy of charging an early check in fee of $25 is not a good idea. If room is clean and ready, there's no reason to not allow an early check in.

The descriptions and Images of the room and Hotel are a lot different, the photos in rooms shows a microwave and fride and wasn't even there and the blankets smells dirty and people was smoking weed all the time .
