Once again this is my go to hotel this is the seventh or eighth time I’m staying at this hotel.
I always drive to Pittsburgh and if you have a car rental or you have your own car, there is plenty of parking and the location is over the top convenient if you’re going into the city of Pittsburgh it’s a very quick easy drive only 15 minutes into downtown or the casino area.
The staff is always friendly and courteous and I’ve had no problems whatsoever with anything. It’s a simple hotel but located on the main road with many many restaurants , Sheetz and Get n go right across the street and never absolutely no problems with any pest or any thing in the hotel there is never been a problem with any of the neighbours or noise

I loved the service! They went above and beyond, and we're very attentive. The receptionist was very friendly and helpful. In the room, everything was fine, but the very bottom drawer in the bureau wouldn't open. That wasn't a problem for us but thought we should let you know. It was a great stay

A disappointing experience
While the hotel felt safe, cleanliness and room amenities were lacking. We paid for a room with a refrigerator but were given one without a fridge or microwave. Starting from 8 AM, our door was knocked on three separate times asking if we were checking out, which seriously disrupted our rest. Additionally, when I repeated my question because the receptionist didn’t understand me, she hung up the phone on me. This was very unprofessional. Unfortunately, we would not choose to stay here again.

The rooms smelled like smoke, it was really hard to stay. The double beds were wobbly and made sounds. The bathroom door did not have any lock, the room was booked for 3 guests, but still things like the coffee cups, towels all were 2 sets. But ultimate main issue is the smell in the room.

This was the worst hotel we’ve stayed in for decades. It was filthy; the floor was covered in dirt. The mattress was so lumpy that it hurt us. The pillows were so thin they were worthless.

Our room was dirty, the ceiling looked like it was going to collapse, there were cobwebs all over & stains on the walls from lack of cleaning. It stunk like smoke or was musty. Our bed was terrible with 4 flat pillows. The bathroom was tiny & the pipes or something was hissing if you tried to take a hot shower. There was glass & garbage in the parking lot. We won't return & wouldn't recommend this hotel to anyone.
