This is the first time we have been to the beach as a family of 5 and I cannot express the excitement we had leading up to vacation. Residence Inn was AMAZING. Everything was extremely clean, very well run, easy walk to the beach, had dining options that were easy to get to. Every single staff member there was wonderful to us and my kids. We will for sure be back.

Great hotel for a few nights stay. Solid noise control, clean and spacious rooms w/kitchen, great breakfast, easy check in. Great proximity to beach, short walk to cross walk, chair rentals on beach. Super location! Disappointed on the parking charge 😵‍💫 $15 per day REALLY!! How they keep all that sand swept up is beyond me! 👏

Great location, right cross the street about 2 mins walk to beach. Room is big enough, with kitchen. I almost want to rate to 5 start but deduct for following reasons - 1. Parking charge, $20 each night. 2. Swimming pool is Very small, about 8m long, 6m wide. The picture shown at website is misleading. 3. Found cockroach in the room, though small.\ Good to note: breakfast is good, with hot item, oatmeal, eggs, sausage, waffle machines, a lot of nuts supplies, Yogurt, Juice, Ice coffee and hot coffee It's also close to Pleasure Piers that we bring our children to, but pls know not all rides fit for young children (age 5 or less) at Pleasure Piers, some are too risky. Overall, we're satisfied with this trip and the staying in this hotel, will come back.

The lady at the front desk was very nice when we arrived. Her name was Shawna. She was a great help. She helped us al ot at night.

The hotel was nice and the staff were great. I think it’s crazy to pay 15.00 a day for parking. Also, there was a softball team there while we were staying there, and that was not a problem. The problem was they brought other teammates with their families that were staying at other hotels to use the Patio and pool. I know for sure they were not staying there because I spoke with a few of them and they told me they were staying at another hotel, but the pool was indoors. We could not enjoy the pool, hot tub or, patio. At one point a football almost hit my husband twice while in the hot tub. The kids were in the pool while the adults were on the patio which is separated by a fence. Hotel staff never questioned the guests.

We had to take our own trash down to front desk cause they wouldn’t come pick it up.

Very clean and the staff was more than helpful, the room was beautiful with lots of space for our family of 5! The ocean view was gorgeous! We will definitely return on our next vacation!

Horrible, we were trying to have a nice vacation but with the hotel it got messed up. I booked my hotel 1 month before to be able to book for one with ocea view. I called after to request the highest floor so we can see the ocean as much as we could since we are paying more for an ocean view and the person that answered comfirmed with me that it was all set. But once we got there to check in, they said they didnt have any request and they didnt add the details. What us the point of calling and making a request if they are not going to take it in consideration. We were also told that parking was not included and we had to pay, even tho i confirmed with the person that answered the call that everything was included even laudry. They were not specific about any details. The ROOMS are very very small. We paid for a large room with 2 beds but we didnt even get the room we requested and paid for. There was no soap to wash the hands in the restrooms. The rooms waa dirty and dusty in poor conditions. For breakfast there was only waffles. We were expecting something a little better but no. We will never be coming back to this hotel. What a shame.

The breakfast was terrible. They were out of waffle batter and potatoes by 8:00am and staff were unwilling to bring out more. I found this totally unacceptable.

This was the best hotel I’ve ever stayed in. I absolutely loved it. I would go back. The staff were very nice and polite. The breakfast was so tasty, with many great options. It’s really close to the beach. The only bad thing is paying $15 a day for parking.

The staff were amazing and the whole experience here was better than expected!!! The only issue we ran into was the pool was busy, but everyone including the other guests was friendly.

Air conditioning was slow to cool down the room. The hallway floor in front of the elevators was wet. The room was clean, but had a strange odor.

Hotel lost power the first night and we were on the 5th floor. Marriott’s only response was to give me rewards points which don’t even cover one night’s stay anywhere. Disappointing. It was a nice hotel otherwise.
