The roomwas spacious and comfortable. The complimentary breakfast offerings were flavorful varied. Didn't have the chance to use the pool but will be back!!!

Great location and access to shopping and restaurants. I think the people next door were extended stay with lots of pets. My husband's allergies were at a high with all the animals. Someone brought their cat to breakfast. Love the option of pets for people but I think there needs to be some limits and boundaries, like not allowed in the dining area.

It was a nice room. Decent size and good working AC and other appliances. The hot and cold were backwards on the shower so that was kind of annoying but overall it was good. There was not a hot tub like we had been led to believe so that was a bummer and the noise level from the pool and a yappy dog was slightly distracting… But overall clean rooms, a convenient spot, and decent beds.

Our room was clean but very much so smelled of cat urine / litter box as I’m sure the prior resident had a cat. It was overwhelming but we decided to just deal with it since it was only 2 nights. We do not have animals.

Clean, nicely decorated for the holidays, good was good, room was spacious and clean, staff wasn't as nice or helpful, i had an issue with my reservation needing to be changed and the staff was not helpful at all, like they didn't care to help, lost a few hundred dollars due to a minor issue they could have resolved for me

There are "several other options" for a hotel in the direct area. Wish I would've known. The price we paid was high vs the quality received. It is very outdated. Our room smelled musty and like a prior guest was a heavy smoker. Furniture in the room was worn, ripped & outdated. Bed / Linens were mediocre at best. Bathroom was also very dated. It was clean.
