Residence Inn by Marriott New York Manhattan/Times Square

The staff /service was excellent! Nothing was too much to ask! that goes for all staff (at lobby, at breakfast area and cleaning staff). Room was comfortable. Location was excellent. Whilst breakfast was plentiful, it should have more choices. The only real negative was the elevators: They take a long time, forcing lots of guests to use the stairs!

This hotel was perfectly in the middle of many areas of interest. Many places to eat and shop.

Très bien, seul bémol la gestion des ascenseurs occasionne des bouchons au heures de pointes (8h30 - 9h30). Le canapé convertible est inconfortable. Sinon, personnels au top et emplacement parfait.

Wir können das Hotel nur aufgrund der Lage positiv bewerten. Das Frühstück ist absolut unterirdisch. Die Fahrstühle eine Katastrophe, haben teilweise 10-15 Minuten gewartet, um runterzukommen. Die Einrichtung ist absolut veraltet und die Metro hat man ständig gehört und im Bad kam ständig ein quietschendes Geräusch. Die Klimaanlage, sprich Heizung funktionierte auch nicht und wir waren mehr Fach an der Rezeption. Die Schlafcouch konnte für meine Tochte, elf Jahre alt, nicht genutzt werden, da die Aluminium Stäbe einfach am Rücken gedrückt haben und sie somit bei uns im Bett schlief. Dadurch war die Erholung bei zehn Nächten nicht wirklich gegeben. Jedoch konnte sie nicht auf dieser Schlaf Couch schlafen!

L’hôtel est très bien placé. La literie est confortable même si le mobilier de la chambre est un peu vieillissant. La chambre familiale est spacieuse et très pratique avec son coin cuisine. Le petit déjeuner est très bien et le personnel est très aimable. Je recommande cette adresse.

Bien placé. Hôtel un peu veillissant. Le lit-sofa literie pas terrible. Ce dernier n'était pas fait à l'arrivée. Le personnel devait venir le faire. Il n'est jamais venu. La kitchenette n'a pas de plaque de cusisson. Juste un micro-ondes pour rechauffer. Calme au 33e étage. Embouteillage dans les ascenseurs aux heures des petits déjeuners. Petits dej inclus =

Ottima posizione, ottima colazione, personale gentile. Unica pecca le condizioni dell'hotel che andrebbe rinnovato. I tubi fanno rumore anche di notte, se ci si fa la doccia. Non è degno di un hotel così.

Lovely hotel, staff were for the most part really nice and kind. Only problem we had was the wait for an elevator could take 20-30 minutes at busy times, it meant we had less time exploring the city on our last day as getting an elevator that was empty enough for us and our bags was near impossible and ate about and hour and a half from our morning.

Our stay at Residence Inn Times Square came about because the hotel where we had originally booked--the Blakely by Luxe Urban--had closed suddenly, no warning, four days before our trip to NYC so we were scrambling to find a similar accommodation for three people, which Expedia helped me do. We had a nice 34th floor room with a view of the Empire State Building with a king bed, pull-out couch, and kitchenette with large refrigerator. Very convenient for snacks, drinks, and leftovers. The space was a bit smaller than the previous place would have been, but it was clean, comfortable bed, very convenient to walk to the theater district and subway stations. Overall, we enjoyed out stay. The oddest thing, though, was when my adult daughter went down to the breakfast buffet, which was nothing fancy but quite adequate. She wanted to take a couple photos to show us what was available before we decided whether to come down and breakfast room staff sternly forbade her from taking pictures. They said "Copyright!" which was ...?? The next day while we were there I saw another woman try to take a photo of the buffet and the same thing happened. An employee jumped in and said "No pictures!" I intended to ask the desk clerk about this when we checked out, but forgot.

I come here regularly. Fantastic staff.
