Excelente ubicación

The staff that helped us check in (Ana) provided excellent service. We mentioned that we wanted a room near my sister who had already been at the hotel for two days and Ana was able to put us right next to her! We really appreciated it.

Frühstück ist leider etwas dürftig und Plätze sehr begrenzt. Dunkles Zimmer, jedoch schönes Badezimmer.

This was a great hotel in a great location.

Love this hotel. They have good option like they can offer you fix uber fees 55 if the hotel to the airport is super expensive.

The Residence Inn is always one of my top 3 go to hotels. I loved that this location was close to many attractions, restaurants, and other things to do in Chicago. The area felt very safe and walkable at any time of day or night and I loved the service at the hotel. The staff was very friendly and accomodating, and the continental breakfast had a wide spread and was delicious. Our hotel room was clean and had all the essentials. The room had great AC and we loved having the fridge and freezer there. I would definitely stay at this location again!

Lovely stay right on the mag mile. Directly next to the Starbucks reserve.

There was LOUD construction going on every morning starting at 8 am. When I asked the front desk about moving away from the construction, I was told that it was not the hotels construction and to ask again later.

Excellent, no problems

No complaints. We stayed on the 18th floor and never had a long wait for the elevator (like I have experienced in some other places). The kitchenette was well stocked, beds soft and comfortable and bathroom is spacious in which I absolutely love.

Sin dudarlo me volveré a quedar en este hotel si regreso a Chicago. Está cerca de todo. Incluye desayuno, limpio, cómodo, me encantó la iluminación, el restaurante en el roof delicioso. No hay peros para este hotel, bueno, bonito y barato. Si puedes evitar llevar coche mejor porque el valet si es caro $75 USD diarios lo saques o no.

Excellent stay! I would give 10 stars! Very clean, beautiful view of the Magnificent Mile. We were on the 9th floor. Everything about the room was perfect. The bed was so comfortable, shower had great water pessure. The staff ( every single one) was pleasant, acknowledging, and professional. The breakfasts were amazing- check in lobby and breakfast is on the 20th floor. Amazing views, delicious, abundant breakfast buffet - best we've ever attended. We stayed 2 nights, and we will 100% stay here on our next visit too!!! There is a nice covered patio at the entrance that was enjoyable to sit at and watch the busy activities of Chicago. Oh!!!- there is a 21st floor roof top bar, the views were simply amazing, more stellar service... we had drinks roof top as well as the 1st floor restaurant/bar. Im not exaggerating about how much we enjoyed our stay. I hope all of the staff knows how awesome they are!!! Thank you!!! We had a the best 4th of July weekend ever staying with you!!!

Our favourite stay in Chicago yet! Great option for longer stays due to the kitchenettes in rooms and guest laundry. The breakfast buffet was switched up daily so there was no chance of getting bored, and the location of the hotel meant there were plenty of food options on our doorstep if we ever felt like eating out. Easy check in, helpful staff, and most importantly: working air conditioning in our room! Ultra important for those 34°C days. We’ll definitely be back.

Had to move multiple times. Toilet issues. Construction mess left on the floor.

Great place

Absolutely outstanding! Patrick was amazing, attentive and genuinely kind—we loved our stay and definitely hope to come back soon!! The girls were also super nice. I believe one of them was Anna—and the lady who helped us at checkout was lovely too (I’m so sorry I forgot her name!).
