The place was great and clean. Lot of fun activities on the property and around. Good place for a nice weekend gateway.

The room was nice and everyone was helpful.

It was quiet and comfortable. Had everything I needed for a relaxing few days. I would definitely stay here again.

The condo that I had was excellent! It was roomy, clean, had many great amenities and easy parking and access. I will stay here again!! 👍

The front desk did not have any there to answer questions during on hours. There wasn't a comforter/blanket on the bed in our room.

It was okay, the staff at check in was fairly nice. There were some issues with the sofa bed (broken hardware), which made it crooked and almost impossible to sleep on, plus the mattress in it was very uncomfortable and the mattress cover had some questionable stains on it. The caulk around the tub was very gross, with black mold. I asked for bleach to remedy that but they told me they couldn’t provide me with any. Also, there was only one very light blanket for four people (none on the king size bed) and some of the dishes (not all) in the cupboard were dirty. I brought these issues up to the front desk and when we checked out, they mentioned that they don’t offer refunds or discounts on Hotels.com reservations but we could get one for our next stay. I felt insulted that they thought I mentioned those issues to get a refund/discount. I was just bringing my concerns to their attention. Plus, I had already made up my mind that I’m not going back there anyway. Very disappointed.

We had a room in the lodge. It was spacious and clean, with a full kitchen. We were told someone would be at the front desk from 9am to 9pm if we needed anything. On my itinerary, i had booked a king bed. When we went in the bedroom, we saw it was a queen. It was 8:30 pm and i got no answer from the front desk. We decided it didnt matter so we went to bed. The bed was hard as a rock. In the morning they called and said on their end, it said we paid for a queen bed. They came and dropped off 2 egg crate matress toppers. It helped a little. We only saw one staff member the whole time. We wont be going back for this reason.

The property was beautiful, very tidy very clean. Lots to do for kids.

I’ve stayed there 4 times in the last 4 years and for it can’t be better!!

Spacious and clean room at a good price. We will stay here again if ever in the ara.

Great place to stay.

The bed was so uncomfortable. We normally have no problem with the beds but this stay not a good one. One of us ended up sleeping on the couch, which was just as uncomfortable and neither of us got much sleep. Very disappointing. We did request a king bed and was not avail. We dont understand why so many avail rooms and not able to extend this request.
