I think this property was great for the price you pay and it gets the job done. I was most concerned about the cleanliness, but my worries were instantly laid to rest upon seeing the room and bathroom. Everything was clean and mold free. There were dents, scraps, and unpainted patches around, but this was more visually unappealing rather than unclean. There wasn’t excessive noises and I felt the property was well lit and safe. The breakfast consists of a waffle maker, toaster, slices of bread, butter, jam, milk, and three types of cereal. Everyday was the same thing, so we didn’t opt in for the breakfast really, but nice to know it’s there. Staff were friendly and helpful. Overall, great experience.

The staff was so nice, the lobby was tidy but smelled kinda weird. We got to the room and it smelled awful, like kitty litter. The bathroom was super small but there was shampoo, towels and toilet paper. Around 2 AM it got noisy, the tv kept shutting off or freezing and it smelled like weed. I was so disappointed because the staff had been so wonderful I wanted to give a better review.

Door had gap when closed, if it was in the winter, snow or rain would get in. No plug in sink. Shower fixtures were loose and gaping. TV not plugged in. Room felt dirty. Really needs to be upgraded!

We originally booked with Days Inn. We were never informed that the hotel had changed hands and was now called Royal Inn. When we put the address into our GPS it came up as Days Inn (permanently closed). We went to the address anyway and were relieved to find that we did have a reservation. We never book a hotel that does not offer a breakfast (preferrably hot breakfast). This was the case with our original booking. When we arrived we were informed that they no longer served breakfast at all. It cost us over $30.00 the next morning for breakfast, which was something unplanned. The pool was closed and there was nothing else to do. Everything else was ok, although nothing to write home about.

Beware, the reviews don’t match the reality of the current situation. Office and pool are out of service and under construction. Definitely a one star experience and poorly maintained facility and poorly managed.

This was the p worst room I have ever stayed in at a motel. The room was dirty, the walls looked like they were being prepared to be painted with streaks of a different material and putty repairs all around. There was raw dry-wall exposed and in disrepair. The shower head was so uncomfortable the spray of water was like needles on my skin. The room phone message like blinked red but I tried to call the front desk with no success. The TV had no Index to choose a channel you just had to use the remote and try to find what you were looking for. The pillows on the bed were way too small and uncomfortable.

Breakfast was advertised as being provided but there was none, not even a cup of coffee :( If I hadn't been so tired from driving, I would have gone elsewhere. The property was not easy to find and there wasn't a sign. It was apparently being converted from Days Inn to Coach Inn at the time and there was no breakfast provided during the conversion- which I was told at check in when I asked where the breakfast kitchen area was located.
2 lights in room didn't work.
Will not stay here again.

This property is no longer a Days Inn and does not have the ammenities listed. It is very budget friendly, but you may have trouble finding parking, some items in room under poor maintenance. Staff seemed nice but not at all what i expected, or what I made an agreement to stay at thru expedia.
