We loved the Boston Sheraton! Our room was great, recently remodeled, clean and very quiet. All the staff were very friendly and helpful.
The hotel is in a nice area in Back Bay and is walkable to so many places. Would definitely recommend!

Great stay overall. Housekeeping was very polite and courteous. Front desk and over night staff could have been a little more helpful, I felt like I was bothering them when just asking a question. The vallet was awesome and very nice. Thanks for the great experience for myself and my family.

The noise was unbearable — constant machine sounds from outside made it difficult to relax or sleep. The staff initially promised to move me to a quieter room, but that never happened. I felt misled and deeply disappointed. According to the staff, all rooms with two double beds are exposed to the same noise issue. I would never stay here again.

Pool area is great- very comfortable and the roof being open is a nice touch. Location is great- lots is walkable. It was expensive- opt to park the car (not valet) as it’s the same lot and will save you money.

The rooms are very small, especially the bathroom and shower. The extra towels are on a low shelf just below and to the right of the toilet seat. Any splash would probably result in dirty towels. Hopefully they change them between different clients.

Un desastre. Mi hija viene a visitarnos y, habiendose identificado aportando todos mis datos personales, se negaron a aportar una solución para que pudiea contactarme. Un manager ineficaz que no hizo absolutamente nada para resolver la situación. Además, política ridícula de internet: o te apuntas a Marriott o tienes que pagar. Primera vez en un hotel de esta categoría con este tipo de demandas cuando en Boston se encuentran redes internet gratis casi en cualquier sitio. Tenía dos días consecutivos con 2 reservas y el servicio de habitaciones no pasó a hacer la limpieza. Una pena que una marca prestigiosa haya caído tanto con una gestión de hotel penosa.

A evitar. Increíble, en 2025 después de haber pagado mas de 600€ por la estancia el Internet no es gratuito. Hasta en el fast food de la esquina tienes Internet gratuito y...en el Sheraton te obligan a pagar o a hacerte socio de Marriott.
