Our stay was horrible--carpet in room was filthy, iron board stains with something white, stain on bathroom wall, asked housekeeping not to clean our room and they entered or room after we asked them not to, front desk staff sitting on the sofa, drinking coffee, while front desk phone was ringing

The bedding was all stained, hair left on the sinks. TVs are all out of whack. Carpet is tore up. One worker at the front desk seemed like she didn’t care at all. Shame on me, but she also smelled really bad. That isn’t a good reflection for this property, besides the cleanliness issue already. Highly do not recommend. The other employees were great, they shouldn’t have to be forced to work under these conditions of the owner neglecting the property. Also sounded like we were in an apartment. You could hear everything beside you, also above you. The shampoo and conditioner were also empty. The water wouldn’t get hot, and I found what look like shorts strings wrapped in the faucet. And side note, if you want to make coffee while you’re going number two, you have the coffee pot right next to you.

Check in was at 2 had gotten here at 3 then was told i would have to wait 30 more minutes also was told they would open the pool for me and when i got back someone new was there, last person never opened the pool after having me wait for my room to be cleaned and new person would call and ask about opening the pool for me didnt get it opened worst stay ive ever had I even had to call someone about the tv because it wasnt letting me watch anything

Our stay was good, it was one of the only hotels with availability because of District track meet and thankfully it was about 1 mile away from the venue, less crowded and employees always greeted us.

Had to wait forever at front desk. No one there to check us in,I had to call and tell them I was at front desk to check in and still took her forever to get to front desk. Then she gave us room 208 and cleaning lady was still in there cleaning. We had to wait she said lady at front desk should not given us that room. I had to Ask cleaning Kady to vacuum and mop. Sheets smelled like sweat. Breakfast was OK

To begin with, first of all. There is no tub or any plexus glass to protect the shower, no door on it, no AIR VENTILATION .
Toilet paper was not changed by the maid. Flickering light in the shower, cracked sink.
The shower floor is anti- hygienic, who can assure that floor is not a focus of fungal (toenail fungus) spreading; prone to grow build up mold

ZERO STARS. My family (husband and two kids) stayed at the property and it was absolutely the most disgusting hotel room I’ve ever stayed in. First, the floor was awful - it had not been cleaned, vacuumed or anything in who knows how long, there was standing water in the tub, and we found a bug in our bed (not a bedbug). Second, there are two shower heads in the bathroom, one regular & one for the cleaning crew. The cleaning crew who attempted to clean our room did not bother to change the shower head to the correct one and you wouldn’t know unless you turn the water one, we did and it caused water to absolutely soak the bathroom floor. Then after calling the front desk, he offered to refund us the cost of the room, which was nice of him but then around midnight his manager who was out of town at the time, called him to kick us out of the room because someone else wanted it. It was absolutely the worst experience in a hotel.
The front desk guy was so kind and deserves kudos for how he handled the situation because he didn’t want to kick us out but he was only doing what he was told. He was kind to us the whole time.
