Sleep Inn

Very comfy bed and pillows. We only stayed one night but were very pleased. The staff was very accommodating. The breakfast was wonderful and the scrambled eggs were real!! Sausage was great. Had a lot of variety for breakfast. I used the fitness room. Very nice. The reviews on here that say 2/10 confirm my belief that people are crazy and difficult to please. Great value for money. Safe neighborhood. Will stay again

When I checked in I informed them that I had a dog in fact my Yorkie was with me when I checked in. I booked 3 rooms with them. We checked in on Friday and on Sunday morning there was a knock at the door and it was the manager accusing me of trying to sneak my dog in. I set him straight it was a lengthy and hot conversation. There were questionable people in the parking lot and roaming around the hotel. We won’t be back.

Booked 4 nights for Gencon, Wed-Sun. Gencon is not new, it is an annual event that draws over 50k attendees (72k this year)Thursday, no housekeeping after returning to room at 10 pm. Complained to front desk ( ever so politely). Informed they were unprepared for Gencon (how?!) and would clean room on Friday. Friday, returned to room again at 10 pm, room still not cleaned. Took two and half days of trash from my room and placed in the laundry room waste container. Complained once again to front desk (this time more sternly) and asked for and immediately received fresh towels. Then, at midnight, I receive a knock at my door. Someone from their staff is asking if I need clean towels. At midnight?! King sized bed had something going on with bed frame. Two plastic/metal(?) slats stuck out of right side of mattress. Had I not spotted them, they could have easily cut my legs at the shin level. Being alone, I simply stayed away from that side of the bed. Then I noticed mattress I was sleeping on (they put 2 fullsides together to make a king?) started to flip up as I leaned over to tie my shoes. It was actually hilarious. Now, I may need to lose a few pounds but I am not that overweight. I was able to reposition the mattress as needed, but couldn't solve the broken frame issue. While the staff was very friendly, I hope I never have to stay there again (Gencon does make you a tad desperate).

Disgusting. Zero help. Filed a corporate complaint for bed bugs and scabies, blood smears in the bed and zero help. Still working on it and the “manager” called the “owner” still has not reached out. Impossible to call them directly, even through corporate. Pathetic location.

Always a great relaxing stay

Misleading pictures, rooms are very cramped and appliances are mediocre. Room was not very clean and smelled off. We asked for it to be cleaned and freshened up every day of our stay but it wasn't done once. The shower leaked so water was running the whole time. Very outdated HVAC system that is very loud.

The property was worn down, peeling paint, toilet seat not fitting on toilet, difficult to get hot water, horrible beds and pillows As you go down the street it felt unsafe and had to drive about 15 min to get somewhere that felt safe to get out and eat Very convenient to hwy 70. Breakfast was not good.

Breakfast was terrible, the hallways smelled of old cleaning products, just felt dirty.

Worst hotel I have stayed in, never again. Checkin host was rude and surly. Hotel had no AC in lobby, just large portable fans. Room was old, chippy paint and bathtub leaked water continuously from the faucet. Tried to take a hot shower but no hot water Monday morning. Every night around 8pm or before, the cable went out and the telephone did not ever work. I had to go downstairs and ask for help but the same surly host said."yeah we are having problems with phone lines and if you want the TV fixed the night person will be here at 10:30 pm tonight! " There were several large families staying and they took over the breakfast time, no food left and not replenished. Just an awful place.

In a sketchy area.

Underwhelming.. booked based on the star rating of 8. entrance was uninviting with chairs up on tables & dirty, room was cleaned apart from the toilet which had been used (#2) and not flushed - disgusting. Reception provided a new room without hesitation. Only positive was the bed was comfy with good linen provided. Won’t use Sleep Inn again.

It was ok once I got a clean room.

When we arrived the parking lot was trashed and scaffolding was covering the front of the building. My wife went to check in but no one every came to the desk for ten minutes and the lobby was in disarray to put it nicely. We left and did not stay. The pictures you see are not a good representation of this hotel. I would not book with them or hotel.com app since they would not do anything to help accommodate us in this matter.
